My wife's brand new 2013 Honda CRV with just over 2000 miles had its power
assist steering fail yesterday, The steering was stiff and impossible to
steer and the yellow steering light on the dash came on. Luckily it happened
in a parking lot where she was driving below 5mph, We had the car towed to
the dealership right away, we think its a serious safety issue any one here

Indeed, there are many Ph.D. programs that can be closed. The first one on
my list to close would be the Religion program in Columbia university. Why
do we need Ph.D.'s specializing in religion? Leave that area to the rabis

my impression of him:
1) He can’t follow through in his project. He doesn’t seem to have the
ability to finish anything. I feel he has a pretty easy project that he can
finish. If I put a postdoc on it, it could probably be done in two weeks.
His progress is excruciatingly slow. He always has a hard time with
deadlines.
2) He doesn’t work very hard. He is often sick and doesn’t show up at

recognition
Doesn't gesture to communicate (for example, wave bye-bye)
Doesn't let you know what he / she wants or doesn't want

12月的婴儿对于别人叫自己的名子，没有任何的反应;
16个月的婴儿还从来没有说一个字；
不会使用手指。专家的意见是，一般这3条都具备，基本就可以确定了。
其他的判断表准还有：
* stares into open areas, doesn't focus on anything specific.
* cannot explain what he/she wants.
* language skills are slow to develop or speech is delayed.
* doesn't follow directions.
* will fuss if didn't get what wanted.
* at times, the child seems to be deaf.
* doesn't point or wave "bye-bye."
