标 题: 用锤子砸driveshaft会损伤到什么部件？

DIY front passenger side wheel bearing，时间太长driveshaft锈在了hub之中，试
过hub puller，没用。记得youtube上有人用锤子砸，也试了，把driveshaft的头都砸
扁了，也没用。现在打算整个换掉，唯一担心的是之前用锤子砸driveshaft会不会伤害
到transmission/differential。特请教大家，谢谢回复！ |

档，前进后退都动不了，叫了拖车到dealer后厂家免费更换后心里感觉不太舒服，是否
可以要求更换一辆新车，另外这个传动轴更换后是否就确保没有其他问题了？大家遇到

点读有感的有感吧！
drive axle换过一些，Honda的有没有换过我也记不清了，但是我知道不同的车型有时
候差异非常的大，大到甚至A车无法借鉴B车，所以我就把05的odyssey touring换
driveshaft的manual贴上来给大家做个参考：
Driveshaft Removal
Loosen the wheel nuts slightly.
Raise the front of the vehicle, and support it with safety stands in the
proper locations.
Remove the wheel nuts and front wheels.
Lift up the locking tab (A) on the spindle nut (B), then remove the nut.

到后面driveshaft，虽然driveshaft上有coupler可以稍微tolerate一点误差，但是如
果误差大了还是会影响的。如果你玩过万向节就知道，当万向节的输入轴和输出轴在一
条直线上是是最省力的。
我那个从aap买的破烂mount，换下来时候发现居然比原厂mount矮了差不多半寸多。 |

1. loosen Axle hub Nut ( A 137 ft-lb Nut, breaker bar of course ) ( see break

2. loosen 5 lug nuts ( 76 ft-lb Nut )
3. Jack car safely and remove driver side wheel.( see three points jack pic )
4. Loosen the six nuts holding the driveshaft to the differential side gear
shaft

边的老美交谈，他说他的09年的RAV4也有类似问题，年初刚查过。当时感觉很惊讶，结果回来上网一搜，原来这是RAV4的普遍问题。

differential受不了越野的折腾。就算是Audi的Torsen，
越野能力也有限。
真正要越野，得上4WD。但一般人没有这个必要。

发帖数: 13752 | 17 谢谢你的好脾气。我觉得4WD是指那种四轮同步驱动，固定50%-50%(或接近)的4WD。传
统的越野4WD是没有torque control的，不管每个轮子能提供的traction是多少，每个
轮子得到的torque是固定的。再加上比普通车更坚固的transmission，low range
gears，driveshaft，前后differential，越野能力很强。如果雪很深的话或off-road
的雪地，也很不错。
全时AWD中有不少是default 50%-50% （或接近）torque split。在雪天的公路上，它
们比普通的4WD更强，因为打滑时每个轮子的torque会动态调整。Audi用Torsen的
quattro就是这种类型，纯机械反应。更多的全时AWD是用电子系统来控制的。但说到越
野，还是远不如4WD。
你说雪天公路上4WD比AWD好，是和on-demand AWD比吧。
普通4WD（锁住中差）在路上有薄雪，或更糟糕一点，有冰的的时候，恐怕不如default

Powertrain一般只包括引擎和传动装置，就是engine, transmission, driveshaft之类
的。
跟电路有关的部分估计顶多可以加上个发电机。
其它的一般都不算。
REPAIR可以送任何DEALER. DEDUCTBLE是100刀. |

的，他告诉我这样对transmission的保养比较好
关于transmission fluid渗油和axle seal的关系，我不确定。但是我的mechanics说
“The transmission fluid will fall out of the transmission when you remove
the axles and the fluid will need to be replenished.” 这说明axle和
transmission fluid是有接触的。至于接触的地方在哪里，是不是在seal的的地方，我
就不知道了。但是我可以下次问问mechanics。

对于其它一些品牌的性能车，我们一般都视这个限速其实是为了marketing或者为了避
免官司所做的形式上的措施而已。对应这个行规，305马力的Mustang V6，福特原厂限
制的最高速度只有112mph。
但是福特通过血淋林的事实向大家表明，他把车子限速到最高112mph，他不是开玩笑而
是说真的。这个人把speed limiter屏蔽了，结果在135mph的时候整个driveshaft飞了
出来，变成一个不折不扣的血滴子：

车内空间。fwd比起rwd还是更实用一些，现在只有跑车和讲究操控的高性能sedan才会
rwd了。另外GTI的200马力对于这个小车来说已经比较sporty，但算不上大马力车。
lexus es这种入门luxury sedan都有270马力，mazdaspeed3一直都300马力。 |

么使，后来又回去autozone让人家教我怎么用，就是一个滑动的坠子，后来又拿回来，
使劲几下子就弄下来了，车当时也是12年的老车了，锈得不成样子。
关于你说的砸这个shaft会有什么问题， 我个人觉得好像还好，因为我印象中把wheel
bearing拿下来以后，那个shaft是非常的活络，上下左右前后好像都可以动，也就说明
你砸的并不是一个固定死的东西，不会太伤到它连接的部件。欢迎指正。 |

就喷点WD40，否则就算你用力砸也没用。不会有啥影响，只要你别往里推得太多，另外
别把上面的螺纹砸坏了否则driveaxle nut就拧不回去了。 |

看到里面虽然锈的不是太厉害，但是如果不用penetration oil的话估计还是弄不动。
不过现在又遇到一个难题，bearing 的snap ring 好像锈在里面了，喷了一些WD40泡着
呢，希望能起到作用。 |

如果你有snap ring plier的话，remove snap ring不会是什么麻烦的活。没有的话，
就只能干瞪眼了。去买一对吧，10几刀的东西。 |

做出以下几点总结，有不明白之处还望高人建议。
1，由于上次试驾时在25-30附近有vibration,耳朵有点轻微的不舒服。上论坛上搜索后
发现，这好像是jeep的一个常见故障，有8-15之间的，也有30，60，90的，也有70的。
有些是wheel balance, rotation的问题，天生的没调好，去比较好的tire shop有人做
好了。另外主要问题就是换20“的goodyear tire后在70附近有很严重的vibration，有
的是方向盘，有的连座椅一块震动。换米其林货yoko的tire会解决问题。
2,另外据说有冒蓝烟，烧机油等问题
3， uconnect连接故障
4，rear driveshaft问题
据说这些问题是比较common的问题，也都是在12，13，14的新车上出现的，不知道比率
有多高。本人最怕入手一辆刚好有震动问题，那就真的惹上一堆麻烦了。去dealer有时
候他们还不一定承认有问题，真承认有问题去克莱斯勒 open case解决的也不是很彻底
，还花不少时间。
另外配置方面也研究了一下。

While driving, when I reach 30-40 MPH it has a weird vibration and noise. It
doesn't happen every time. In fact, it may happen and then it won't happen
again for like a day or two. The noise and vibration feeling somewhat
resembles when you drive over those lines on the side of highways/freeways
that make that loud noise.

Service code A和B有多大区别啊？手册上说A是Replace Engine Oil & Filter，B除了
A之外还包括：
* Inspect front and rear brakes/service as necessary
* Check parking brake adjustment
* Inspect tie rod ends, steering gearbox, and boots
* Inspect suspension components
* Inspect driveshaft boots
* Inspect brake hoses and lines (Including ABS/VSA)
* Inspect all fluid levels and condition of fluids
* Inspect exhaust system
* Inspect fuel lines and connections
看起来都是些检查而已啊。

driveshaft据我观察还没问题。
LC历史比GX长多了，第一代GX几个常见bug如果你不是很挑剔，其实修不修无所谓。
丰田fix bug比较快，比如漏油这种问题，丰田很多车2001年之前的seal都不行，老车
都不同程度漏油，虽然可以一直开下去。但是2002年换代之后，我见过的车几乎就没有
漏油的问题了。我家现在两台2004的车子都没有一点油污。 |
