E18类别的绿卡, 是按照EB1C跨国经理类别（Adjustment of Status）的主申请人身份而获得的绿卡。
从上述可见，你如果是EB1B配偶、且是在美国境内通过身份调整而获得的绿卡，那么你的绿卡类别应该是E19，而不是E18。所以，是移民局搞错了。你可以打电话给移民局，要求换发。 |

世博园附近黄浦江沿岸E18地块(9-3)地块将于9月8日竞拍，中凯、新鸿基等港资大
牌开发商都将参与竞拍，该地块为陆家嘴5年来首次推出的住宅用地，起始价格高达34.
1646亿元，起始楼面地价高达25113元/平方米，而这一地段不乏单价突破10万元大关的
楼盘。
此前，保利曾以33000元/平方米楼板价拿下周边一幅土地，业内人士预测，楼面地
价可能突破5万元每平方米，这块地的受关注程度，也证明了世博地块的寸土寸金。
业内人士认为，世博对于上海房地产最大的意义在于给上海市中心腾出了一大片黄
金地块，闭幕后世博园区的土地如果推向市场，定位和价格都将攀高。从目前来看，上
海市政府对于闭幕后世博园区的土地流向并无明确说法，但应该会有大量地块推出，并

早在开幕前，有关上海世博会将出现巨额亏损的说法甚嚣尘上。当时，外界披露的上海
世博会直接投资为286亿元，加之城市升级改造等配套建设投资，总投入高达3000亿~
4000亿元。根据最新数据，世博会的直接投资已增至386亿元，于是，怀疑世博会亏损
的猜测就更加“底气十足”。
世博会开幕前，上海财经大学世博经济研究院院长陈信康预计：上海世博会的增量消费
为468.64亿元，产出影响为794.77亿元，其经济效益是北京奥运会的3.49倍。
近日，陈信康在接受本报记者采访时坦承，当初的预测偏于保守，世博会的实际收益超
过当初的预期值。他向记者透露，计算世博会收益的模型正在制订之中。
