Highway要先走Elliott Highway 100多Miles。 大部分租车公司把Elliott Highway
列为Off Limit （ 踏上了这些Highways一步， 你保险关于租车（车体）那部分也就无

私营企业Attachmate公司以大约22亿美元或每股6.10美元的价格收购它。
Novell还说，微软领导的一个团体CPTN控股公司将用4.50亿美元收购它的某些知识产权
。收购这些知识产权的价格与Attachmate收购Novell的价格是一致的。
今年3月另一家公司Elliott Associates曾提出以每股5.75美元的价格收购Novell。目
前这个协议是在此之后签署的。
Novell称，6.10美元的价格比Novell在3月2日的股票收盘价高28%。Elliott Associate
随后披露了它的收购要约。
Attachmate是一家技术服务提供商，由Francisco Partners、Golden Gate Capital和
Thoma Bravo领导的一个投资集团所有。
Novell股票在纳斯达克市场的正常交易时段的收盘价是5.59,Novell股票上涨到5.97美
