从Enterprise租了一周，还车的时候小二检查到了左侧有一个两个inch的dent,不仔细
看可能真看不出来，可能是在某个停车场上被其他车门磕出来的。现在只能走
insurance了，多被charge了250块的deductible。这闷亏吃的真窝火，现在想骂人都不
知道骂谁，艹。 |

看JUNOS Enterprise Switching时就想，在优化路径方面，VCCP绝对优于STP，同时也
能避免L2 Loop的产
生。从这两个方面来讲，VCCP完全可以取代STP，成为主要的L2协议。昨天看JUNOS
High Availability，作
者也提到用Virtual Chassis来取代STP，于俺心有戚戚焉，不禁大乐。
不过VCCP是Juniper的私有协议，除非拿到IETF去RFC，否则的话难以推广。另外VC采用
的是类似Token Ring
的环形链路，物理上看，即使VCCP得到的是优化路径，而实际流量依然走的是非优化路
径，大多数情况下还是要
经过一些不必要的Switch节点。另外受限于环形链路的距离，VC不可能扩 |

JUNOS Enterprise Switching 读书随想
终于整到PDF版本的了！照惯例先给Geeks们各发一遍copy，然后装到手机里慢慢看。在
火车上一般每天能看
20页左右，这本书差不多一个半月看完，正好接着下一本《JUNOS High Availability
》。
一直以来Switching方面都比较弱，知其然不知其所以然。Cisco的牛书Switching俺没
看过，是凡有点概念
都是从NA、NP的考试书里积累的，难免有些过时（一想到SRB就郁闷地想打人）。有了
这本新书正好了解下如
今的switching有啥新东西。
Harry Reynolds这厮写书还是比较闷骚的，往往还喜欢开点并不好笑的玩笑逗自己乐乐

等于零变成了有个位数。但基本上大家买去后只当是一个比较实惠和硬件设计优良的机
器刷成linux，2010年底apple 终于砍了相关的产品线。
基本上来说现在mac mini 也许零星有些market share，但总体server 考虑就算osx 的
server 跳水搭着卖也没有什么人买。
在server 市场，总体来说是linux 和windows 平分天下，大约linux 60％，windows
40%左右。linux 是基本free，靠service 费用和高性能server的费用，在revenue 上
还略逊windows 一些。但在真正使用中，webserver linux 基本占统治地位，云服务
linux 也是同样，ibm的solution 也多以linux 为主。
苹果依赖当年红火的bsd server 方案居然没有拿到1%的share，是在是失败。
然而放开server 方面的惨败，苹果在enterprise仍然通过移动产品获得了生机，ipad

I don't know what's the matter with my enterprise manager, i
can only login in by "connect as normal", not by using sysop
or sysdba, so i did the things below:
1. Create the password file using ORAPWD80
2. Set remote_login_passwordfile=exclusive in the init*.ora
file by notepad
3. Run svrmgr30, grant sysdba to system identified by
manager;
After that, I can log into system as sysdba in svrmgr30 and
can select * from tab.
But When I try to login in Enterprise Manager using system

developer edition key?
reason to do this is because company sql software DVD is scratched.
Installation failed. Not so easy to ask support guy to recreate a new disk.
I know the key and want to use my own enterprise edition disk to install. Is
this doable?
or i need to download developer edition?

是关于FCFF和EV(enterprise value)之间的关系
一方面
EV ， Enterprise Value represents the value of the operations of a company
attributable to all providers of
capital.
EV = market value of common stock + market value of preferred equity +
market value of debt + minority
interest - cash and investments.
另一方面：
value of the firm = leading FCFF/(WACC - g) g = growth rate.
我不是特别清楚理论上来说这个EV 和 用FCFF估算出来的value of the firm是不是应
该相等。
如果两个是同样的东西，为什么会有两种估算方法呢？是说每一种估算方法里，都有
一些项并不能直接得到吗？ 谢谢～～ |

介绍这个软件的用法，以及演示 或者习题呢。最好是针对新版本的，我看到一些书都
是针对EM5.1啥的，太老了。
想去买一本或者DOWNLOAD电子版的。不知道有啥好的建议
或者有谁考过的，能否给点建议呢

名。
按照我们中国的文化传统，用被击沉的船来从新命名不吉利，所以那几大远字号恐怕是
不会考虑的。但是，我们的历史上应该也有不少有名的一直服役到退役的船吧，象当年
邓和下西洋的船，或者解放后建成的第一艘军舰什么的。
土工连指挥什么的都山寨美国，这船只命名这么鼓舞士气的事情又不山寨了。用省名来
命名一系列航母主意不错，但我觉得其中也应该有一艘特殊命名的，有历史意义的航母
来把传统流传下去。 |
