electronic travel authorization (eTA)了
美国公民不需要，海陆进入加拿大也不需要，有签证的不需要
只针对其他免签乘飞机进入，3/15/2016开始没有eTAe的不给登机
花费7加元，有效期5年，护照有效期不足5年的给到护照有效期(eTA跟护照，换护照要
重新申请)
我因为护照有效期不足5年过几个月又要去加拿大出差所以就申了，顺便报个销……

申请填写信息都比较简单，唯一一点查了一下的是如果你以前申请过加拿大签证需要填
写签证号，查了半天多数人都说是签证上的document number,但是这个号码以字母开头
，输入签证号的时候又要求全数字，最后无奈把开头字母去掉后通过了。
信用卡交了7加元(只收Visa Mastercard Amex)后申请结束

people used to submit ETA 750, but when I read the I 140 instruction, it
says use ETA9089. Confused.
I thought ETA 9089 is for PERM not for NIW, correct?
Should I just submit ETA 750 then?

前些日子上来问了些问题，现在上来小结一下。
我的PD在140上等于我的RD，我觉得这个明显有错误。于是自己做了些google。
如果是PERM, PD是你的律师第一次给你file 9089 ETA的 received date。这个9089
ETA 就是通常所说的Labor certificate，是向DEPARTMENT OF LABOR (DOL) file的.
这个是关键，律师有时候通过推迟这个来达到拖延时间的目的。
这个9089 ETA file 后，等2个月才能被cerified，这个就是所谓的PERM certified
date，从这个certified date 之后的6个月是这个perm的有效期，必须在这6个月之内
file 140。 通常PERM certified 之后律师才叫你签字，然后file 140。
这个是我了解到的。
一句话概括：PERM 的 PD＝9089 ETA received date，USCIS可能会搞错大家要小心。 |

网上的NIW模版说要填ETA-750，但I140-instruction说要填ETA-9089，所以到版上
double check 一下。
另外，除了Form I-140 和这个ETA表格之外，再没有其他的表格了吧？

设计的，而2894是在2892上加了一个附加的modular变成chrono的，同样价格，偶估计
不会选2894.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ALIEN EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATION"，所以还是不懂为何一定要填这
个表。
答：NIW虽然不需要申请劳工证，但是还是需要知会美国劳工部一下。ETA-750B就起这
个作用。
另外表中很多问题都是基于“未来”所将要从事工作的。比如：
8. Name and Address of Prospective Employer if Alien has job offer in U.S.
9. Occupation in which Alien is Seeking Work
请问这些想是不是一律填现在正在从事的工作呀？
答：嗯，填现在的工作就行。
