我也是在学习中，总的感觉是，
外资尤其是美资企业，在上海和在美国没有特别大特别明显的差异。
多了门口的保安。
很多人也是开车上班（浦东公司很多有地下停车，张江一带的公司就更像湾区了，不少
带大停车场）。但是停车要花钱，每月怎么也要300人刀以上。
很多大公司有班车，但是更多的还是做地铁。
几天下来，切实了解到外地孩子在上海打拼的不易。很多上海本地的都有不止一套房，
所以交通，上班都还好。但是年轻的外地员工，只能买到什么松江，嘉定，川沙之类的
地方，每天上班单程1小时甚至1个半小时是家常便饭。（所以当你问这些名校出来的硕
士博士有没有创业的想法，得到的都是：理想和现实的差距实在太大了，压力下生存是
第一优先。）
公司运转和湾区的普通公司没什么两样。会议，会议，会议。看板，看板，看板。编码
，编码，编码。IM，email, phone, conference call, MacBook Pro/Air, 4-core PC,
Wifi everywhere, Badge everywhere. 弹性工作时间。但是带饭的不多。

从网上找到此文，如此触目惊心。美国的老板大概50%以上都是以欺压员工为乐的恶人！
女老板和男老板各占一半。文章告诫和老板斗几乎没有成功的可能。 人事部门也不会
帮员工，因为人事部门的职责是保护公司不受到法律纠纷的困扰。
84% 被老板欺负的员工是女性，这些人一旦被盯上82% 失去工作。
这些调研机构也给不出好的办法保护员工，也是告诫碰上这种恶人，或者走人，或者把
工作做好忍受，尽量避免被恶人盯上。

排名第三的彼得堡的state hermitage museum，拍过电影russian ark，就记得金碧辉
煌，没看到什么画……
排第15的Yale Center for British Art我也常觉得比英国的画廊都好……小而精致，
各个时期和画家的代表作收集得很精，介绍也很精，看完印象很深。建筑也很宽敞明亮
，令人愉快，不过太亮是不是对画不好。
有个Doha的Museum of Islamic Art。希望有机会去。
台北故宫上榜，北京故宫没上，倒是北京的789工厂榜上有名。说最近有一个Duchamp
and/or/in China的展览，到六月中截止。听着挺有趣，不知道goldy去看过没。
第50名是波士顿的museum of bad art，听着很好玩，有人去过吗？

这一法案明目张胆地把种族与性别歧视写入加州宪法，剥夺公民平等受教育的权力，从
根本上是违背美国宪法精神的。
我们认为，消灭对少数族裔歧视最有效的办法是彻底地禁止种族歧视，而不是在公立大
学里实施歧视性的录取政策。
为此，华人进步与平等协会作出以下声明：
