The huge difference between US and China is that in US all the negative news
, especially those related to endangering a minor is always on front page.
Once on file, the offender is labeled for life. I have an iPhone app does
exactly that, telling me if there is any sex offenders are around. All these

be use on public maintenance and charity. Collection coins from the

中国人在困苦不堪的时候，有把事情做好做完美的愿望，所以许多事情都会很完美
，甚至比如奥运会开幕式等等，可以完美到把天气控制得一丝不挂。
但是，当中国人腰板硬起来了，开始有了底气的时候，开始对自己产生自信的时候
，便开始蔑视规则了，便开始制订规则了，但是失于一个“随意”二字，规则的制
订十分随意，规则的执行也十分随意，规则的破坏仍旧是十分随意。
当然，我们可以说，这种毫不拘束，毫不保守，毫不迷信权威的做法体现了中国人
不断开拓的自由度。但是也正是因为这种自由度，使得中国文化中的规则从来都是
充满了不确定性，飘渺性，模糊性。我们可以从中医上，浅规则上，孙子兵法三十
六计上等等不同的角度，都可以发现这种比较“梦幻”的非精确性规则。
法国人雨果在写到八国联军抢劫圆明园的时候提到，西方的文化是理想主义，东方
的文化是梦幻主义，幻想主义。用科学的例证就是，类似于测不准原理的规则。
这种模糊度即给未来留下了足够的拓展空间，又降低了束缚力。
所以，在东方文化中，精确地套用西方的规则，是注定要失败地。
