hiring period.我告诉给北加洲公司的HR，她还是很抵触，她主要担心如果公司提前解雇我，
我会用TN申请信上面specify的hiring period 去告公司违约。
TN申请信上要求hiring period是为了决定VISA的有效时间或者expiry date.我做了很
多research，找不到legal statement 说明雇主可以随意裁TN worker,但是找到很多TN
worker被提前终止合同的cases， 大家在问在US的status。 告诉HR，她不觉得信服。
想请教一下：
１。我想一封title给immigration officer的信上的hiring period 应该不可能有法律
效力的吧？如果真要告公司，总该有封甲乙双方都签字的contract吧？可我怎么样才能
说服她这封visa 的申请信根本不能作为正式的合同用来sue公司(如果公司提前终止合
同)的呢？北加洲，最好有加洲劳动法的code.

批了。本来还想马上withdraw来着。几个问题请教：
* 我印象中我可以不用管新的H1，即使不去新公司。两个h1应该同时都有效直到新公司

* 不知道h4应该怎么处理。接下来应该会收到新的I-94上面会写上新公司的名字和新的
有效期。需要重新file I-539吗？如果要的话，I-539中Part 3应该怎么填呢？

Were you using a passport with less than 6 months validity when you enter?
Anyway, you must have left the US before your I-94 expires. Now you are OOS.
OOS for 180 days or less does not affect 485.
If you are OOS for more than 180 days, please do not leave the US as you
will not be allowed to reenter, even with AP. You should wait until your LD

until it takes effect.

请问，如果想要再h1b extension， 以上两条 必须要由原先的雇主(file perm 的雇主
) 来做吗?
具体说就是，我的六年h1b还剩两年多. 现在公司file perm之后， 假如要换工作， 那
么transfer h1b的时候，新公司h1b只能拿到原先剩下的两年多，还是根据上面两条的

在美国等国家有汇丰银行premier账户。到海岸城的汇丰卓越理财中心，被要求提供在
各个国家的税号。这也就罢了，要求提供地址证明---不巧带的几个美国股票信件都超
过三个月，中国的汇丰信件（不是statement)里面居然没有落日期（这能怪我吗？）。
汇丰的statement是paperless，我说可以马上登录现场展示给他们看，不认；我说可以
打印后去公证，不认；他们说可以让我在其他国家的汇丰客户经理发一个盖章的函，可
惜别的国家此刻都不上班。最后拿出一个别国身份证，上面有地址，可是只有签发日期
没有expiry date，不认。
只好把这当成香港一日游了。要不是因为公司是香港上市，有个香港账户更方便，我才

Your question can be resolved in a simpler way. There is no way to extend
your US visa WITHIN US; you must go out to obtain a US visa, if you can get
one. Why can't you go to Taiwan AND return before the expiry date of your YS

不知道现在他家如何，2年前有好几个case就是说他卖的化妆品expiry date被scratch
了。而且做的巨恶。化妆品的expirydate都不是yyyy-mm-dd这样的，而是一串number，
你还得自己去网上找mapping查date。他家经常把一串数字的几个scratch掉，你就没法
查真实date了。 |
