荐人要了推荐信 (当时申请的时候只需要提供联系人联系方式).这2个学校打的广告都
刚刚撤下.我感觉他们下一步就要筛选,然后电面,等...
而我去年底申请的F33 fellowship (Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research
Service Awards for Senior Fellows)得分在3周前下来了,得分也还不错,PO说是个
strong score,暗示有可能会拿到.
请问下大家,我可以和这俩个学校update下我的F33情况吗? 稍微有点犹豫,一个是虽然
得分还不错,但不敢保证最后能拿到.另外F33本来就只资助2年,而且每年给的钱也就几
万块,只够cover自己的工资.不知道值得不值得update,或者update了对我能不能进入电
面或者校园面试有没有什么帮助呢?

发帖数: 27 | 3 需要有绿卡.虽然NIH说只要在F33批准之前有绿卡就可以,但事实是,如果不是永久居民
身份,申请材料就递交不了 (这也是NIH自身矛盾的地方).
总之,是需要有绿卡或者公民. |

上海的制造业增加值远低于美日韩、甚至低于马来西亚，也低于深圳、天津，100元只能产生22元的增加值（增加值包括利润、工资、税收、折旧），实在太低
【财经网专稿】记者 王熙喜 近期，在上海两会的政协分组讨论中，上海大学副校长、市工商联副主席唐豪尖锐的指出：“上海的制造业增加值远低于美日韩、甚至低于马来西亚，也低于深圳、天津”。
在工商联分组会议中，唐豪指出，美国近10年制造业增值率，即新创造的价值的比例为47%，韩国、日本为36%，马来西亚也有26%，而上海从 10多年之前的29%滑落至今21-22%，每年下降0.6%。而且100元只能产生22元的增加值（增加值包括利润、工资、税收、折旧），实在太低。
上海除了医药行业增值率超过30%以外，其它的就乏善可陈。其中民营企业增值率为28%，国有企业为27%，外资为21%。
“而上海高技术产业的增值率比整个制造业的还要低”，上海的高技术90%为外资创造，零配件和成品销售两头在外，只有装配在中国，增值率高不了，还有10%是国内企业创造。

补充一下关于dealer吐出来的利润($xxx off MSRP):
这里面其中的大头应该是每年的fleet incentive，其实就是厂商的基本打折
虽然是“明码”的折扣，但小二一般情况不会主动跟你提起的
这个折扣我觉得可以作为砍价的第一步，拿掉了再叠加其他折扣，再谈价格
