作息习惯2点睡的改了10：30睡下，11点多才睡着，，早上7点或8点起，但测出来老是
110多，我饭后都很好，我后来试了很多方法，原来我都是睡觉睡10－11个小时左右，
后来我改回原来睡10－11小时的状态，大约9点多测就很好，95左右了，最近都保持的
还不错。还有就是晚饭不要吃太油的菜或汤。。。晚上睡觉前1小时可以吃cheese 和水
果，我一直没上药，，，所以都靠自己摸索，希望对你有帮助。 |

最后我简单粗暴地介绍一下每章的内容。要说明的是这本书引用了大量的例子说明道理
，所以内容总结是远远不如看书有说服力的。
第一部分： 两个系统。
大脑做决定时候的两个系统—SYSTEM 1 (the fast one) & SYTEM 2 (the slow one).
用SYSTEM 2 思考总是更加耗时耗力，人的大脑自然而然地倾向于用SYSTEM 1 做快。
因为人的本性是懒惰的，会倾向迅速解决问题，哪怕有些问题是需要进一步的思考。同
时大脑也倾向把要解决的问题用联想的方式转化成容易的问题去解决。在这个过程中，
懒于或者不会用统计的思维 思考问题， CANNOT THINK STATISTICALLY。
第二部分：偏见和启发。
讲述很多生活工作中容易产生的偏见。比如说，自己周围发生的事情很容易被引申成普
遍现象。举个例子，被抢过的人，较之于那些没被抢劫的过的人，更容易得出治安很差
的结论。还讲述了一些由于不懂概率而过于乐观估计的例子。比如某人的性格技能很适
合从事某项职业，但是实际上从事这项职业的人基数是很小的，从统计的角度来讲，这

u-turn回去。刚拐过去，发现头顶写着fast line,当时没在意，以为是另外一条lane,
结果今天收到罚单。大家看看能appeal吗？
以前在IL走toll way，miss 了收费站还专门折到另一个方向交了费，再绕过来补交这
头的费，结果被告知可以在家里网上补，不用专门回来交给cashier。

mistake. I got a fine of $50 a few days later. After I appealed, I only paid
the $8.50 processing fee including the $3.50 toll. Tell them the truth.
