去了法庭之后，等轮到我了，结果法官告诉我说state方面更改了charge，不是原来的

你看看我顶楼的链接，并不是所有elude都是felony，是超速30逃逸、造成人身或财产
损失、或驾驶极度危险、或试图逃离州界，符合上述才算felony。而且wilfully flees
or attempts to elude才算misdemeanor。 |

一般检方的谋略就是故意起诉个更大的罪名然后往下减点要你认罪。 看似放你一马，
其实不然，在法庭要定罪是很麻烦的事。还有一级一级的上诉。 检方耗不起。 当年的
李文和就是很好的例子。他显然对米这一套比较了解，死不认罪，最后怎样？ 检方不
得了收回全部指控。 那样的大案，可想见检方是施展了浑身解数的。
国人读书人有个特点， 怕跟法律打交道，所以被人威逼一下戴个手铐关个一两天， 就
六神无主了，再被人略施小计，基本就忙不赢地认罪了。 以为可以从轻发落。 孰不知
你认罪了，你就再无任何讨价还价的本钱了。 米没有什么坦白从宽抗拒从严之说。 它
要有本事在指控你的罪名上把你拿下，根本没有必要诱你认罪。
Felony charge一旦成立了，你一辈子在米就毁了。 在监狱里呆几天打官司跟一辈子跟
比不算什么。
纽约那个翟田田的做的对，不要达成认罪协议。 看它上法庭旷日持久的辨去。 要费劲
的是检方， 因为by default你都是无罪的。
