测量你家各个地方的高度 如果高过fema的数据就可以把你家划出去 否则也可以看看能
不能减少保费 如果房子还没有买 可以要求seller做这件事
我家以前不知道 一直交每年1000块flood insurance 做了这个就不需要买了 有朋友做
了之后从1000减到200-300 |

同是 PA的话， AE 相对 X 还是有差的， "残次"都是其它条件差不多下的比较
所以基本(MV,SV, PA, REDWOOD CITY..)都是以82号公路西边比东边（靠海）要贵
Location 的考量是多方面的,
CITY VS CITY 又是另外一个比较了 |
