我本来的想法和你类似，就是先去签证， 签证之后再观望，因为签证是个未知过程，1
签不过要2签，不知要花多长时间。不过老人有很多担心，希望swine flu控制好之后去
签安心一些，也就由他们了。 |

according to the new regulation effective 1/10/2011, flu vaccine is required
during the flu season from 10/1 to 3/31". We just came back from the civil
doctor, who was also surprised and re-did the form I-693. Hope to hear from
USCIS soon.

其实大家不要全听移民医生的,也不是他们审485,还是好好按照移民局上I485,I693表上的规定来做.记得我们当时学校的负责人就告诉我们,IO审CASE时,会尽可能找出理由来说明你不符合规定.所以多一事不如少一事.他说什么,咱们做什么就是. |

/30/2011) 给医生看，结果医生仍然说不需要。 他说这个主要是针对50岁以上的，不
知道是否有这么一说？
这个诊所是在LIST上的，开了很多年，生意也不错（便宜，一个人才60刀）。虽然医生
坚持说不需要打FLU，但我仍然不放心， 想请教各位这个月体检的朋友。

秘就直接给我新打印了一份体检表，当然新表上填了那个A#，然后sealed，然后我就原
样寄给律师了。
现在考古，我突然不淡定了，uscis寄回来的那个"open only by the civil surgeon"
的那个小信封里是啥？是不是原来的那份体检表？那里面有没有什么要医生签字的表之
类的？当时那个医生的小秘直接把移民局那个信给拆了扔了，我很SB的忘了把那原始的
信件要回来了。要是里面有需要医生签名的表之类的，我明天赶紧给诊所打电话。
