问题：
三脚架在沙子里很不稳，特别是浪头过来的时候，三脚架慢慢下陷，结果背景里星星成
了几条短线。
漆黑一片，没法对焦。可以找相同距离的参照物对焦，然后把自动对焦转为手动。 |

lenscrafter这种眼镜店配眼镜还不如自己掏腰包上网买镜框然后去costco配眼镜，当
然先要在店里看好款式和型号，记下重要参数。大的眼镜店的镜框都是暴利，往往是网
上镜框价格的两三倍，配镜片各种升级都要单加钱，保险就是个joke。costco
polycarbonate的single focal的镜片加上anti-glare, anti-UV什么的也就不到100，
升级到high index十几块钱，比大眼镜店用完保险以后还划算点。再者现在有些保险也
cover网上买的镜框和在costco配的镜片，最后自己只用掏几十块就能整到一副价值几
百块的眼镜。 |

发帖数: 3721 | 19 看来姐姐对熏还是下了些功夫做功课。我对100%冷熏的定义是，温度与周围的环境温度
相同，食物只是吸收熏的味道，但不以任何形式被加热。热熏是食物被高温cook的同时
被熏。市面上所谓冷熏的炉子其实下面是有burner（我只是看了很多图片，没看过实物
）的，用来把木屑烤出烟，也就是说以相对热熏而言较低的温度熏，但温度高于周围环
境温度，高多少我不清楚。市面上好像没有卖真正100%冷熏（我自己定义的）的炉子，
大多数好这口的都DIY。我是把家里一般的grill进行了DIY的改装，能够让炉里的温度
保持在200以下（不知道和买到的冷熏炉比温度高多少，好在我这DIY的是可调，下次准
备降到100度以下），不改不行，不改的话一个burner开最小火，温度也是400度左右，
整个是热熏的节奏。冷熏的好处我就不说了，那和热熏整个不是一个级别。
鱼肉被brine以后，室温或者冰箱再rest几个小时，那层亮亮的glaze/pellicle就出来
了，冷熏的味道其实也是靠这层glaze/ pellicle来吸收的。这层pellicle也是照片里
的focal point。 |

我觉得hindu squat最大的优点是对呼吸和肺功能的练习，练习的"focal point"也应该
在呼吸上。它用的是自然呼吸法，1 reps一呼吸，呼吸节奏和动作协调，下蹲肺部压缩
呼气，起身肺部扩张吸气。 这种呼吸法和一般squat是相反的。自然呼吸法可以很大提
升无氧耐力，明显的例子是swing,你用gs style swing要比hardstyle的reps要多得多。
hindu squat最大的问题是枯燥，你完全可以用更高效的snatch和clean jerk去替代，
但不是所有人都有条件去做这些的.也可以和其他运动掺合一起做hiit,比如跳绳200,

Re: first focal plane and second
FFP scope the reticle and picture gets larger on higher magnification and
they get smaller on lower power. Not the best setup for very accurate shots.
Great for sniper tactical shooting matches where you do a lot of ranging,
magnification changes and holdovers. They are faster and require a few less
steps in math calculations.
