moron VP cracking jokes in the middle of his administration’s foreign
policy nightmare.
Even though it’s Romney’s fault, of course.
What really would have helped the nation heal after 9/11 would have been if
Bush started snapping off one-liners. Just imagine the the time he grabbed

我google了一下，好像discover是2%，而citi和chase都是2%的issuer fee加1%的
master/visa fee，不知道后两个是否意味着如果用银行卡，就只收2%？
我没有capital one的卡，所以这个就不讨论了。
