本人刚有一年credit history,刚有个工作，前两个月又贷款买车又申了俩信用卡，貌
似credit score被pull下来不少

hassle也不能申请。并且连条款都找不到。我觉得这三个应该和c1 的venture基本一样
吧。

我的理由是这笔交易是在美国境内发生，而且是在美国的delta网站。
我用两张chase freedom分别订了父母的两张机票，分别被扣三十几刀的foreign
transaction fee。
虽然要回来了，但肯定是第一次，也是最后一次。CS已经明确说明CNY到USD，要收取一
定的费用。

第一次是在美国用人工电话服务改签的，第二次是人在美国在delta网上改签的。是不

when people talking about no foreign transaction fee, they usually forget or
ignore 1% transaction network fee by Master, Visa, etc.
interestingly enough, whether charge or not charge this fee is actually
decided by the card issuers, not MC/VS. who knows why? Do the issuers really
do this voluntarily for MC/VS?
Capital One is the only issuer that I know of who doesn't charge this fee.
