格林哈尔被指控于2007年4月至5月之间，在未经事主同意之下，以怀疑藏毒为由，下令四名入境加拿大女子脱光衣服让他搜身，其中一宗发生在公共地区，另外三宗则在室外隐敝处进行，其中三人遭被他触摸下阴及胸部。
卑诗高院承审法官于2010年10月判处格林哈尔三项性侵及一项违反公职人员操守等罪名成立，并于今年2月12日进行量刑聆讯，当时的检察官赛尚(Winston Sayson)还向法官求处重刑，以吓阻此等情事再度发生。
高院法官威霍文(Frits Verhoeven)4日做出量刑裁决，判处格林哈尔二年少一天刑期，但得以缓刑三年。他在判决书中表示，格林哈尔的检查行为已超出合法职权范围，他不断以谎言、恐吓及威胁强迫受害者就范，只是为满足个人私欲。

据英国《每日电讯报》5月26日报道，尼泊尔探险队协会计划在珠穆朗玛峰距离峰顶的地方安装梯子，以缓解登顶者过度拥挤现象。
报道称，梯子将被安装在接近珠穆朗玛峰峰顶的海拔8839.2米处的台阶上，该台阶曾以首位征服珠峰探险家埃德蒙?希拉里爵士（Edmund Hillary）名字命名，被称为“希拉里台阶”。这里是登顶需要通过的最后一个障碍，上山和下山都必须经过这里，而每次只能过一人。现在每年都有数以百计的登山者试图登顶，为此这里成为瓶颈地区，许多登顶者被迫在这里等待。
2013年5月26日是希拉里首次登上珠穆朗玛峰60周年纪念日，尼泊尔计划在“希拉里台阶”处安装梯子。尼泊尔探险队协会高级官员达瓦?史蒂芬?夏尔巴（Dawa Steven Sherpa）说：“我们现在正讨论在希拉里台阶处安装梯子，但目前仍存在争议。它将令登山更容易，虽然出于安全方面考虑，但也这可能是错的。”

理论。这个理论不得了。据说它萌芽于1940年代的“中间地带论思想”，雏形于1960年
代的“中间地带论”外交战略，形成于1970年代。1974年2月22日，毛泽东在会见赞比

Generally, you will see the same shoulder for every peak in chromatography
if it's system problem, like column viod, clogged guard column or frit. You
can also collect the main peak and reinject it to see if you still see the
same shoulder.
If the system is fine, it might be due to the secondary interaction between
your acidic compound and silica stationary phase. Try to increase the salt
concentration and lower the pH. |
