华人不能帮华人已经让人唏嘘。华人议员却打压华人，这恐怕在各族裔中都找不到先例

免骗华人选票。
不知这几个家伙如何能在 SCA5， 墨国人士优先法，上投赞成票的。它们以为它们能保

【侨报纽约网报道】一位市议员发动了一个重大的交通规则变革新举措。该提案向
令人头疼的街道换边停车（ alternate-side-of-the-street）规则发起挑战。
据纽约每日新闻报道，如果该提案获得成功，它将给数以百万计的驾驶人一个特殊
的礼物：节省寻找停车位的时间。
据悉，换边停车禁止停车的限定时间通常是90分钟，以使环卫工人清扫街道的清洁
车在该时间段能顺利通过。
据市议员罗德兹（Ydanis Rodriguez）新法案的建议，司机可以在车中等待清洁车
打扫街道之后，合法地将其坐骑停于刚刚打扫过的街边，没有2小时严禁停车的限制问
题。
这位前出租车司机罗德兹，同时还希望该项新规可以确保坐在发动机尚在运行的车
中司机不会收到“不许空转停车”的罚单。
据悉，罗德兹曾于2010年就提出过该项法案，但始终无人问津。近日罗德兹将该提

停SCA5提案而在国会竞选中受挫，6名民主党州议员近日宣布撤回他们对刘云平的支持
。报道称，3月25日，6名议员联名发邮件到刘云平的国会竞选办公室，要求“把他们的

一去立马被要求深度洁牙。我打听了几个牙医，取便宜的，保险价格和outofpocket价
格都几乎是这家的一半，人家也是metlife network内的。不懂为什么差这么多。反正
都没有review，价低者得。
跟第二家约两天之后洁牙，跟第一家发了signed release form 希望他们把我在他们家
做的x-ray发给第二家。两天的时间，第二家愣没能从第一家拿到我的x-ray。看看第一
家都用了什么伎俩：
1. 说我walking in with my own x-ray.
2. fax我的x-ray给第一家, 结果可想而知是一张黑纸。
3. 被要求用email发x-ray时，说电脑死机。
4. 说不记得我当时在他们家做的是full mouth x-ray 还是half mouth.
亲幸多做了下research，没有被第一家深度套牢。btw，第二家重新免费给我又做了一
次x-ray并告诉我说不需深洁。不了解第一家水平如何，但如此德行，其他都可免谈。 |

我也不是说大家都要做bench-bench的交易，但是bench球员完全可以作为
starter-starter交易的良好补充。
roster spot的扩大导致的一个重要结果就是双方找到不冲突的利益的可能性大
很多，因此可能可以产生许多win-win trade
比如说，我和你互相trade一个starter，但是我的球员rank比你高，我觉得吃亏，
需要你送个bench给我。如果你的SS是A-rod而我的SS是Jose Valentin，那么一个对你
