虽说美国的大学sexual harassment并不鲜见，时不时也会有新闻爆出，比如前几天比
较轰动的一则新闻，但毕竟是有一些明确规矩的。
比如我在入职普林斯顿之前，是必须先要在线完成相关的培训、在线答题，考核通过拿
到一个电子证书才能正式办理入职。培训的内容不仅有规定，还包括一些具体案例，来
定义哪些属于misconduct；
在实验楼的各个卫生间必然能看见的地方都有明确的说明，如何预防sexual
harassment，以及一旦有这样的问题，作为受害人或者知情人该如何处理（我去波士顿
附近的Bentley大学开会的时候，发现卫生间也有这样的说明，并且是包括汉语在内多
语的）；
学校有专门的部门接受投诉，在保护投诉人隐私的前提下进行处理。
希望国内的学校们要正式这个问题，开始走上正规处理的轨道。北航处理了之后，学校
的名声并未受损，反而获得了好评。欲盖弥彰、同流合污才是真正可耻的。 |
