我推到18个月打），但是护士弄错了，打了Hep A， 然后又补打了MMr，
医生给的注意事项和网上查了一下，Hep A 疫苗应该间隔至少6个月，各位妈妈我应该
怎么弄？
1.给宝宝验血看是否得了Hep A （因为这个疫苗),如果查， 应该联系哪里？是过几天
查还是过多长时间查才可以知道到底对宝宝有何影响？
还是没有关系？或者联系相关部门？ |

i could never remember the serologic markers for hep b, but if your hep b
surface ag is positive, it often denotes that you have hep b infection, this
hep b surface ag normally goes away in 6-8 months, but if your hep b
surface ag remained positive after this period, that means you have chronic
infection,
you could have slightly high LFTs from metabolic syndrome from being
overweight, but that does not explain HBsAg being positive though, |

今年4月底的指标如下：
HBsAG+,HBeAB+,HBsAb-,HBeAg-，应该还有一项，不知何故医生没给她查。
Hep.B DNA,PCR(LOG-10):1.48HI <1.30 log-10
Hep.B DNA,PCR(IU):30HI <20 IU/mL
这两个月她皮肤有点过敏，喝了些中药，检查结果如下：
Hep.B DNA,PCR(LOG-10):1.87HI <1.30 log-10
Hep.B DNA,PCR(IU): 74HI <20 IU/mL
两对半医生没查。是不是这病毒DNA浓度两项就肯定证明是小三阳，所以不用查了。浓
度升高跟过敏和中药有关吗？
另外EOS和BASOS都偏高，比正常值上限高一点吧，半年前很正常的。大夫说是过敏的缘
故，没什么太大的关系。
另外一直正常的肾功两项这次也有点问题，Creatinine偏低(0.57LO, 0.60-1.10mg/dL)

，4-5%左右。但我之前说了，不像hep B目前没有母婴阻断。
hep C需要及早治疗，否则纤维化，肝硬化，最后省略号，可以说比hep B猛多了。某楼
说了，不做biospy的话不知道肝脏什么情况，光看转氨酶是没用的。早发现早治疗吧，
其他没什么。

知IPV的第四针应该推荐到4-6years的时候打，但是catching up的时间是3-4dose间隔6

virus, 还有一大堆其他的。但no tests are perfect. the risks of HIV infection
from blood products are 1/1,000,100. The risks of Hep C is 1/100,000. 其实最
可怕的不是infection, 是adverse reactions, 就是你的身体对其他人的血液排斥 （
即使血型一样也会发生的）。基本Hct低于23，医生才会transfuse. 低于23不
transfuse危险远远大于risks of blood transfusions. |

氨酶高才治疗有效，hep C不是这样的，越早治越好。但具体什么时候治疗这你等专科
医生来给你决定吧。我是因为知道未来这两年要有不少特效药上市，所以医生一般都推
荐在这些药上市了之后治，大概15年吧。 |

LEP有W，Tevatron有Top, SLAC有Tau,BES有什么？ BES连个trigger都没有，连现代意义上的完整的detector都不算。 |
