是还有一些不明白的地方。
基本情况如下：
1. 2003年F1来美，2007年毕业，2008年OPT开始工作，2008年10月转为H1B。
2. 工作期间SS和Med从一开始都交了
3. 单身，无卡，无孩，无房，无股票（四无？）
想问几个问题：
1. 因为2008年是F1的第六年，所以OPT期间把SS和Med都交了。这么做正确吗？还是可
以把10月1日之前的都可以要回来？
2. 我的情况是必须填1040?还是可以选择，比如选择填1040NR-EZ?如果可以选择，哪个
更有利？
3. 听说选1040的话可以有standard deduction (5000 treaty), 我的情况符合吗?
4. 除了1040以外还有其他表要填吗？
5. 2008年初收到原来学校（在另一个州）的最后一张check(郁闷，就几百！)，所以今
年有2张W-2，对联邦税来说，各项是不是简单地把总数加起来就可以了？
6. 不想麻烦填那个州的州税了，不到100块钱，这样会有问题吗？

这是最容易的一部分,这里讲的每一要点都已经在Original submission 里阐述清清楚
楚的,而且是作为第一个标准来阐述的. The citation summary (I just printed and
submitted the summary table) was provided by Scopus. 不知是IO没看懂还是根本
就没看,要求提供complete set of citation lists. 没办法,从Scopus把每篇文章的所
有的citing文章(作者,杂志名称,年,volume,页码, Affiliation including country
origins)都copy下来, 形成一个按号码排序的长长的清晰的complete set of citation
lists. Scopus没有涵盖的引用(可查Scifinder, ISI, and Google Scholar)也可以补
进来. Self and coauthor citations可以highlight出来. 牛人cites也可以highl |

I had a 20 buy-in downswing and a 12 buy-in downswing recently. I certainly
ran pretty bad, but I also played bad. If i could avoid some obvious mistake
, it wouldn't be that bad.
As long as you can put in enough hands, the luck factor can cancel out
pretty easily, at least for online players since we generally play much more
hands per hour. If your true win rate is high enough, it won't take too
many hands to get out of the bad run.

Does Chinese school(such as SHUFE or Peking University) count special issue
publication the same as normal publication of the journal (for promotion and
Tenure purposes)? According to my advisors, it does count in U.S. schools,
as long as the paper went through a peer review process.
However, it seems to me that most of so called Chinese “增刊” (special
issue) does not count at all in most Chinese schools.
