There were a number of factors leading to the downfall of Brady Hoke as
Michigan's football coach.
By far the biggest: The inability of Hoke and his coaching staff to develop

，现在谁还记得Don Coryell? Marshall Faulk? chuck long把sdsu的足球从快死搞到
僵尸，是hoke一来，把整个风气就扭转过来了，比如：
1。不直接干预coordinator的工作，OC, DC，Al Borgers and Rocky Long， 非常好的
pro style coordinator，他的领导能力很强。
2。不甘平庸。上任第一年，就说自己的ultimate goal是去密大执教， sdsu的goal是
山西冠军，不只是说说而已，他自己的目标这么快就达到，和jim H，les miles选择不

Hoke去Oregon State还是很有戏，他们的AD是我米出去的，跟Hoke在我米有overlaping
。 Hoke虽然coach能力一般，但是是个好人没得说的。 |

过了hoke就直接等着再被我盖统领至少3年 |

offense。Hoke防守出身，作DL coach，我正希望找个会防守的教练作HC。

发帖数: 20256 | 10 你们JT就是为了掩盖事实，被逮着了。Hoke这事情我也不清楚，但是至少他不是被罚对
象，而且说不定是他最后发现了报告的呢，who knows。最关键问题是有些人犯错会
learn his lesson，改正；有些人犯错会觉得自己运气不好被逮着了，继续犯。
还有，Ball state这些问题都很明显是compliance office的问题。我密老车时代
compliance office一向强大，到了RR有点松懈，现在probabtion，AD肯定抓紧看，就
是Hoke想犯规，也不容易。你们的问题明眼人一看就知道，不光是教练，还有
compliance office的问题了，像discount汽车这样的问题，没有深入研究一下，及时
阻止，这些都是HC很难去处理的问题。

只是今年表现确实不够elite
去年我说他们DR毕业，今年必然阵痛，因为DR实在太特别了
优点特别，缺点也特别，NCAA独一份
走了他，所有进攻全部要重写
今年看，果然进攻问题不小
所以我觉得他今年的战绩，是情有可原的
我觉得应该支持他再干个1－2年
重建program，改变打法，都需要耐心
市长是捡了个便宜，小背心离职绝对是偶发事件
要是背心在OSU，这两年也绝对不会差，每年10+胜绝对有保证
这和Hoke的临危受命不一样
所以对这两个是不能提出相同的战绩要求的 |

发帖数: 20256 | 17 我觉得DB他人应该还算可以，就是赚钱的手法太明显，引起公愤。我认识很多几代
season
ticket holder都放弃了season ticket，不是因为成绩太滥，而是无理加价。
更重要的是，肯定是学校内有一股敌对势力。我密AD的内部争斗，我看是很严重问题。
他和hoke其实都帮我们建了很好的基石。DB盖了这么多facility，都是帮助recruit的
，足球篮球，soccer，现在都要盖ice hokcey了。hoke战绩虽然不好，招的人可比RR强
多了。下一任只要是能练人，懂进攻的，成绩很
快就能出来。 |

不过对上OSU的比赛，其实他们也没怎么出大招。准备的时间比较少。我觉得到最后还
是Hoke的进攻不行,playbook太弱。
JH在斯坦福，playbook都有300多个play，hoke变化太少太容易让人捉摸透。 |

RR's three years has basically ruined us, we need someone who can excite the
recruits, and hoke (regardless of his actual coaching ability) won't do

发帖数: 1458 | 30 当年招rr的时候我就感觉不妙，因为他的辟邪剑我说实话我个人觉得不太适合密大的传
统，而密大最自以为骄傲的恰恰是自己的传统和所谓的michigan man。本来rr来之前，
密大已经斗不过osu了，如果一个rivarly中你斗不过，那在整个college football
stage，基本也打酱油，就像密大前几年一样。rr来了以后，彻底把fan base 又分化了
，现在还有人要多留他一年，说是他快成功了， 完全是痴人说梦啊，痛快结束是最好
的办法。
hoke不会一下子成功的，但是我认为可以3年之内打败osu，密大会逐渐重新成为b10的
冠军争夺者，the game， 会更加有意思，现在基本不看了说实话。 |

UM for a few years. So his age doesn't matter for me. Hoke can still have
10 years if he does well at UM. He has said and done almost everything right
this past week. I like Mattison's hire a lot, he has been to UM, ND,
Florida, their defense were all good at his tenure. Just give them 2-3 years
, our defense should be good again. |

we just landed another in state talent and he offer to recruit more from his
school all have state offers.
State steal too many talents in Michigan in R2 era. Let's make sure they don
't have such in the future.

不但没了HC, 还没了QB (and who knows how many others).
代理HC是从来没有HC经验的，比brady hoke还嫩。这下不赢就
说不过去了。呵呵 |

要接待很多recruit。有很多recruit会问他，以后想干什么，他总是对recruit说，他
以后想当Michigan HC，哈哈，就是取代自己老板。 |

and yet people drag him in anyway. when you're the HC and your program has
any whiff of scandals, you are responsible.
how can the football HC not know? if you believe that, then how can you
(*not you zhubaba, 泛指的you*) say with a straight face that OSU AD must
have known about everything JT did w/o evidence to prove it?
by the way, alabama had a similar problem in 09 about textbooks, and had
to vacate wins.
