美国的选举，08年两个候选人募集了10个亿刀，整个大选开销可能
15个亿是有的，想想是挺浪费。关键是选来选去还是两个烂苹果。
你说这15个已干的别的什么不好，多修个小学也好啊。
反过来看TG，选举倒是没花什么钱，可是没有了竞选，制衡和监督
光贪污的就几千个亿，比这15个亿多了去了。米国，贪污或
挪用几千块就滚下台了。
而在中国，如果开放了权力的制衡和监督，就必然会导致权力的
“公开”竞争。

我的意思是，公开化的权力制衡（比如说不再是党内各派关起门打架）和

在这么多公开的监督下可能就暴露出来了，当然有没有立刻有效的解决办法
是成问题的。比如去年提到的政客游说，和那以当地名义为自己利益
象政府拿钱的例子。问题暴露了冒似现在也没有出来什么解决方案。
而且中国合法的贪污就少了？只怕就比非法的贪污更多的多。
中国合法的公款吃掉的每年多少个亿？就说这个公车私用的问题，
如果允许自由公开的监督，监督者能受保护不被打击报复，这个问题
要解决掉不是轻而易举吗？
当然不是要鼓吹或比较合法贪污的大小的问题，而是说既然是“合法”了，
就盖不上“贪污”的帽子了。这其中的漏洞问题一样也要制衡监督，然后解决掉。
所以还是那句话，TG也不是不知道怎么办，他是不敢办，现在谁都看出来，
用自己的左手去监督自己的右手那是不可靠的，但是这个
权力公开制衡监督的口子打开，那多党，民选的诉求最终会冒出来。 |
