本都是IJH/IJR好过IVV啊。就算是09年大跌那会，好像IJH/IJR也没比IVV跌的更多啊。
这样看来不是IJH/IJR好过IVV吗？ 请问我理解的对吗？ |

The general rule says small-cap usually overperforms during recovery and underperforms during downturn, but it's not something that is set in stone. I didn't even bother looking at the charts to see how many years IVV overperforms/underperforms compared to IJH/IJR, because (1) its last ten years' performance is not my reason to go with either IVV or IJR; and (2) past performance is NEVER a... 阅读全帖 |

发帖数: 433 | 7 你买的每一个fund/ETF，都应该在你的portfolio里面起到一定的作用。Large-cap和
small-cap的风险差别很大，它们在不同时期的performance也都不一样。Small-cap在
经济复苏期的performance总是好于large-cap，这也就是你看到IJH/IJR过去两年左右
好于IVV的原因。但是一旦整个经济走入正轨，large-cap的performance会相对更好，
尤其是到了经济回落的时候。你现在买大量的IJH/IJR，一个是你已经错过了mid-cap/
small-cap最好的时候，另一个是它们的风险高，如果你没有思想准备一年接受30-50%
的亏损的话，就不要把small-cap作为portfolio的主干。
我建议把IVV或者别的large-cap作为核心的原因完全是从市场构成上来，毕竟large-
cap的market value远大于small-cap，更好地代表着整体经济的好与坏，而其风险也没
有small-cap和international那么高，所以应该作为核心。

发帖数: 433 | 37 拿掉IJH。Mid-cap只是在你已经有了比较diversified portfolio之后才可以考虑的。
你需要一个international ETF，比如ACWI。不知道你的别的投资分配怎么样、以及你
的risk tolerance。假设你还年轻，25%的LQD过于conservative。你可以考虑一下这个
分布：
IVV: 50%
IJR: 15-20%
ACWI: 20-25%
LQD: 10% |
