。Inbound 说是pre-exsiting condition， 什么都不给保。总共1800刀一分都不报。
难道心脏病发了也不能去医院吗？万一有个什么事那怎么办？
1月份去的医院，到现在了Inbound 还在和我们扯皮。便宜保险不如不买。
请大家RE上十大，让所有人引以为戒。 |

Visitors care 和Inbound USA 价格差不多，都是fixed coverage 但是Inbound USA多
提供一项pre-existing condition, 但是注明optional，而且for hospitalization
due to heart attack or stroke only. 不知道有没有太大的用 （父母都没有心脏病
史，但是感觉他们的身体不如从前了，万一有突发情况，希望可以应对）。
另外，这家保险公司好打交道吗？好像这类保险最后都要自己去claim,不知道会不会很
费神。

The solution is to turn off 3g, call outbound, then take a call inbound. If
you can now receive the inbound call turn 3g back on and again call outbound
then inbound. If everything is working you may resume normal service.
Problem Details:
When the network is overwhelmed it prevents the iphone from fully
registering with any tower, so the network, and thus inbound calls, can not

did a lot of search on internet and this worked
The problem is not the phone, it is ATT's 3g network.
The solution is to turn off 3g, call outbound, then take a call inbound. If

我觉得这个番茄里面的很多术语吧，很容易让人望文生义，产生误解。带宽分级从
Highest ...Lowest...A,B...E。结果"Lowest"比“E”还高，还不如干脆用数字1-10来
分级。
那个inbound/outbound也是，大部分人理解直接给inbound设个值就控制带宽。其实它
是通过间接调节outbound的数量，来达到控制inbound，所以大部分情况inbound设置都
不用管。但outbound max和下面各个应用分级各设置多少？要做很多试验才能找到比较
优化的配置，效果还不是特别理想。
QoS对VoIP作用不是特别大，所以有人干脆不用QoS。 |

resort inbound内，陡坡也能找到，季初到处是石头的道也有，雪况上icy crunchy
powdery wet 什么也都有。
我理解的BC跟inbound不同的，更多的是在于identify hazard(avalanche prone,
cliff), 安全措施，路线选择，这些方面。雪况上可能遇到powder/wind-pack powder,
crud的几率更高些。但是这些在雪场内也都有。 |
