是一家很小的CPA firm，一共10人，做tax和bookkeeping，不做audit，小公司都是这
样的。
我主要是考虑到两点，一个是发展，二是绿卡。
说发展，小CPA firm基本是做individual tax，以后跳槽去大公司的tax department做
Corporate tax行吗？
说到绿卡，主要是担心不好拿。有人说tax工资高一些，但是担心就担心如果到时候没
有绿卡要回国的问题。美国tax和中国差别太大，到时候怕进退两难了。所以，在tax和
会计之间，我一直摇摆不定。不知道做tax拿绿卡的前景怎样？
