类象为阴阳的分化而已。
如同阴阳，A不能决定B，B也不能决定A，但是两者互相影响可能互相进退。阴阳相推，
而变化顺矣。
类象呢，前面说是阴阳衍生分化的。但，能不能回头影响到阴阳或是最初的太极的？
基于这个，再深入说说类象。
偶举个例子，既然是说occult philosophy，就说如下几个：
一个人要用巫毒娃娃害人。这时候，他肯定会有bad intention。阴阳篇说了，
intention alone已经会影响人的。

，白人。值得注意的是这次活动亚裔团体里好像少了上次看到的不少南亚人。上次照片

我从robert那里要来了08年LIA法律小组对起诉奥本排期捆绑的可行性报告。大家看看
附件。
虽然这个报告的意见比较负面，但我们相信长江后浪拍前浪，前浪必死沙滩上。新PD们
一定有更好的法律分析能力，组织能力和宣传能力。也殷切的希望新PD能站在我们失败
的基础上，勇敢地闯出一条新路来。

categories recognized as dual intent, meaning an H-1B holder can have legal
immigration intent (apply for and obtain the green card) while still a
holder of the visa.
You don't have to lie about your intent. And they won't bother to ask you
about the immigration intent.
You can't use H4 to work though.

发帖数: 3042 | 48 你如果想试试的话，我觉得有两个选择，一个是直接交485,140空着，运气好说不定就
收了，过一个月找你要RFE，运气不好可能就直接reject了，因为缺少initial
evidence, 如果真的是reject了，应该支票还会退给你。会不会收了你的支票再reject
，就不知道了，我感觉应该不会。
或者用旧的140交，如果还没withdraw的话，那肯定可以被接受，然后等你新的140被批
了，再打电话过去要求interfile, 连到新的上面。这个技术上肯定是没问题的，但是
就牵扯到一个intent的问题，他们可以质疑你在交485的时候完全没有intent给以前的
employer工作，说你是fraud, 你可以claim几个月后interfile的时候intent变了，因
为intent这个东西比较虚，会有什么outcome谁也说不清，所以愿意take多少risk看你
自己了。
当然，无论你选哪一个，律师和HR都肯定是得罪了，所以还是自己想清楚吧。
