是最全面的检查，对了，这个也可以查性别，所以12，13周就可以准确地知道性别了；

，好几个OB就约到差不多1个月之后。

第一个trimester各种血液检查，医生开单子，抽个血就可以。测了HIV，血糖，尿蛋白
等等。
以下是基因检测：
1）血液检查Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT) 9周－11周
主要是测几个三体和性染色体疾病。最早九周就可以做。从胳膊抽血，测的是在母体血
液里的free fetal DNA。这个也是测的胎盘的细胞。false positive（正常的被当成不
正常）相对比较多，所以如果结果不好，也先不用freak out。
False negative很少很少，但也还是有，33岁的母亲，第二胎，NIPT结果出来low risk
，没有做羊水穿刺，孩子出生是唐氏。这个是已经发表的一个学术文章，网上可以查到

如果能做成non-invasive的，市场还是非常大。
novo nordisk对口服胰岛素非常热情。还有几家小公司也在做各种alternative
delivery insulin。challenge确实很大，risk大，但是一旦成功回报也很大。 |

类的，所以我google了一下。结果很多文章提到burning bush controversy. 比如这篇

我家门口有一颗，现在知道了，还很老公说要尽量trim小点，因为它的根系很发达，离
房子又近。
但是我不知道illinois的情况和policy是怎么样的。也许根本不是问题。所以后面有人
说想要，我就说我不要，如果还有人想要可以要，但没有具体解释。
大概楼主觉得免费送东西，还被人挑三拣四。很不爽。这个恰恰是因为重视才会做功课
。完全是对事不对人。
