就是你要分出一部分工作时间到这个项目上，你这部分时间的工资由这个项目支付。按
照你现在的情况，你要是全职雇员的话，需要你现在的领导批准。你的工资总数不变，
变得只是这一部分工资由谁来支付而已。
如果你不介意学术界的发展的话，其实可以通过consultant的方式拿更多的钱。这样的
话项目可以在不影响你的工资的情况下额外给你钱，经济上比较划算。 |

发帖数: 479 | 19 做过inspection了，heating是用oil，用的是室内的空气。由于basement只有两个小窗
口，而且finish了，在basement感觉空气很堵塞。inspector说建议问一下
oil 公司这种用室内空气的burner是不是不安全，建议改成用室外空气
的那种burner，或者开个通气孔等，没有很理解，inspector建议找个HVAC Technician
to do an investigation of the Exhaust Vents and possible oil leakage.
有大虾做过这种检查吗？大约怎么收费呢？
还有觉得basement通气是个问题，不知道怎么能解决。能要求卖方做些什么呢？

天这些钱被转走，打电话一问，说是他们在inverstigate。
可恨的是这样的话，investigate为什么要把钱转走呢？为什么不先hold在那儿？
（我看见是，online transfer to HSBC，pending）
不知道要丢多少天的利息，man！ |

不是NIH那种，他自己是PI。但他当时要了我的所有信息，包括护照信息、biosketch等
，都交给了那个协会。

是从其召开的一次年会投稿中经过peer-review选的，
这个奖其实不错，但是
1。 有年龄限制，只限35岁以下
2。 还有就是关于评奖标准不详细，该组织只是提了一下：“based on highly rated abstract”再找不到其他详细说明，俺也只能查到那年一共有多少人获奖，但是是从多少人里选的就不知道了
不知是否适合claim？听听意见？
如果用了有risk，就只用到contribution里了，award只用其他比较保险的
上一次Eb1a时用了，也被承认了，但是谁知道这次会碰上哪个IO，鸟人们异质性太强。被锯过，有心理阴影 |

发帖数: 4778 | 48 EB1B的优势是你只有claim两项就可以，所以根据你的情况，可以claim:
1. Contribution; 2.Authorship
对于工程领域，我不是太清楚90多的citation是出于什么情况，是不是属于还不错的
citation? 如果是，那就好说，如果不是，那么contribution这一项就会显的弱，所以
把review,获奖，co-investigator等都放到contribution里去加强。
这是我的个人观点，你在看看别人怎么回复。 |
