I sold an item for about $10, I mailed the item with shipping label printed
from ebay.
10 days later, the buyer open "item not received" case, I responded by
providing tracking info that shows "Delivered" status.
After that, the buyer leave a negative feedback "because he didn't get the
item, nor the refund".
Now the case is still open as "waiting for Buyer's response"
Is there anything I should do? should I refund to exchange remove negative

是不是1040NR/1040NR-EZ只能填itemized deduction，没有standard deduction的选择？

打了几个电话，终于知道是漏了schedule A,IRS用直接选用了standard deduction,导
致需补交四千多刀。经电话咨询后需补交schedule A,将情况说明即可。
因为收信又仔细将税表研究了一下，请教如下问题：
2013收到2012退州税三千多刀，按照Worksheet计算，不计入2013收入
这退的州税在Itemized deduction里是否应该减少2013年的Itemized deduction。
看到很多帖子是补交前一年州税的，都放入了Itemized deduction里，增加Itemized
deduction。

很多时候联邦税用了itemized deduction 州税就也得用itemized
而比如纽约州state income tax是不算州里的deduction的
这样没房子的就可能出现联邦税用itemized deduction划算 州税用standard划算 具体
用哪个 那就看你的州收入税比12700多多少了
你要就多1块 那肯定还是都用standard好

买的时候没人告诉我啊，店里也没任何地方写着类似的polity。我跟sales理论，人家
指着receipt说，这上写着了……我说写这有什么用，顾客只能买了付钱后才能看到
receipt，想不买也不行了。以前买final sale的东西，哪怕是很便宜的小店，人家在
结账时都会明确告诉顾客不能退还，给人反悔的机会。Gucci这么大的名牌店，理论上
客户服务应该更好，没想到这么重要的信息都隐瞒，我顿时有种受骗上当的感觉，坚持
要退掉。那个sales说她做不了主，让我和当时卖给我包的那个sales交涉。我只好要了
那个人的电话和上班时间，白跑了一趟。
转天，在第一个sales上班的时间我给她打电话说明要退货。那个女人一听这个态度马
上冷了下来，还说：“我们一般都会告诉顾客的，可能是你当时没听见”云云。靠！我
