在2017年川普总统就职前推出的加州SB 54号法案，欲令加州成为首个“庇护州”，备
受外界瞩目。这一颇有争议的偏向移民权利的法案，由于对地方执法机构与联邦合作空
间极大压缩，同时在新的形势下可能会招来外州的非法移民，引发民众对于社区安全的
担忧，华裔社区踊跃签名反对。
根据现有的SB 54号法案条文规定，禁止加州的地方执法人员和机构，即警察和县警与
“移民及海关执法署”（Immigration and Customs Enforcement）去协助执行联邦移
民法律，包括辨认或协助联邦羁押犯人。同时法案还包括公立学校、医院以及法院，均
不得过问居民的移民状态。
尽管这一法案在2月3日以5：2通过了参议院公共安全委员会，但并未解决将加州变成非

而造成的爆炸会引起伤害。
此次召回包括2004年到2006年在美国和加拿大的销售的皮卡。
此次召回是因为几天前，美国政府宣布一名南卡罗来纳州男子去年12月份因为充气气囊
爆炸而死亡。
这名在Kershaw居住的男子名叫Joel Knight，当时他驾驶的2006 Ranger撞上了路上的
一头牛，然后撞向路边栅栏，但他致死的原因是气囊爆炸后的金属碎片插进了他的脖子。
政府表示，福特将召回另外500万辆配备了由日本高田公司制造的充气囊的汽车。一些

and resolve a problem. The tire pressure light keeps coming on. I have the
pressure checked and it is always at least 2 lbs more than required which
means the light should not go on. I reset the light, drive on and the light

travel itinerary，再加上人力的开支，后面起码需要3个人力去coordinate。人力
的开始算是最大的。
差不多4～5%左右的人会通过phone screen拿到onsite面试，然后在这里再选取
1/3～1/4。也即，录取1%不到。这边比例是很低的了。
我看这个板块讨论面经，大多数同胞都能拿到onsite，也是这个板块的功劳。但是过
onsite的比例要比老外偏低，这个可能跟咱们东方文化背景有关，大多人不够
aggressive，不懂的show自己，去impress interviewer。 |

近，所以知道没有虚言在里面。然后我在思考。为什么有些人可以很快的拿到我理想中
的offer。差距在哪里。
第一当然是coding。 不过不必多讲，这里大家天天在练习。
第二，为什么，别人一个月可以ready， 我做不到？ 差距在哪里这是我这些日子，冥
思苦想的事。朋友给的建议是，多做多想。 很多时候我忘了后面的“多想”。
