自然环境也不错，高高低低，郁郁葱葱。但我最不能忍受的是没有好的中餐馆，大概只
有两三家还不错。逛街的地方也不多，也就是去去kenwood mall，outlets很远不过还
不错。downtown附近比较危险，曾经发生过暴乱，现在毒品问题也很严重。cincinnati
zoo很一般，在downtown附近。 |

发帖数: 1709 | 16 说实话，UC整个校区都在黑人区的包围之中。芝加哥犯罪率、枪杀案最厉害的
Englewood 在东北边，由老墨区向黑人区过渡的Kenwood区，在北边，西边，南边，那
就更不要说了。
看看警察局的每月犯罪统计报告，他们会定期把发生芝加哥的枪杀案都标注出来。70街
至100多街的南边，是枪击、贩毒最厉害的。前几年有舆论出来，说UC要搬家呢，不过
后来没声了。。。
相对而言，芝加哥北边、靠近湖边的区域要好很多，具体而言从林肯动物园一直到
Evanston。
就市区内而言，UIC附近，Taylor街沿线，但向西不要超过Western Ave，向北不要
超过290高速，这个区域相对安全很多。那是意大利裔的老地盘，没人敢在哪里搞事，
除了意大利黑帮外，意大利裔黑帮很职业化、很隐秘，一般不拿平民开刀。
Western Ave是那个区域的分界线，不管是治安，学区，还是房价，相差好多呢。 |

我倒不一定要住apartment，如果有中国人找人合住house的话也挺乐意的，毕竟和老外
合住的话做饭会是个大问题。你说的包utility真是个好建议，我找房子的时候确实应
该注意这个。你有没有什么house推荐的？我看到kenwood跟arrowhead交叉那里也有很
多house，那里的house推荐吗？
你说的apartment我周末的时候去研究看看，那个老年公寓没有年龄限制吗？对了，我
想到了另外一个问题，停车的地方有没有什么要求？

附近shopping center 有florence mall,rookwood commons, 有cheesecake factory的
那个叫kenwood mall,还有tri-county mall,cincinnati mills mall, eastgate mall,
downtown 有saks fifth ave |

学校旁边的有University Park, Campus view, University Circle,离校区走路1-5分钟
再稍微远一点有cedars, kenwood,等等,大概步行15分钟左右的样子. |

71高速19号出口在Mike洗车点后面的文华应该是辛辛那提最好的中餐馆之一（grand
oriental)
Reading路上离开华欣北面一点有琼华海鲜和uncle yip，都是海鲜餐馆
Buffet 在75号公路25号出口，twin dragon 是本地最好的中餐馆之一
Kenwood路上的聚友楼（和Cornnel交界），价格很实惠
