在SERIAL KILLER的眼里，美国警察真是笨蛋。。
还看到一个片子，KILLER失手，被警察FBI围捕追捕。 KILLER只能弃车，跑到附近人家
，劫持一个妇女和她的车子跑路，妇女的姐姐报案，结果警察几天也抓不到。 人家还
可以住MOTEL。后来，KILLER把妇女留MOTEL，自己驾车逃。 路上被警察发现，PULL
OVER以后，警察走近了，人家把枪拿出来，警察就投降了，还成了人质。 KILL 逼警察
开警车逃。。 最后，KILL还不是警察抓住的，倒是一个越战的老兵，把KILLER抓住报
警。 那时候，KILLER已经把那个笨蛋警察给杀了。 KILLER被抓，本来警察带KILLER找
警察的配枪，开车的时候。 KILLER用回形针把手铐弄开， 抢前坐的警察的枪， 但是

我自己到今天为止还没在比赛中吃过（明天就说不定了）但是老是听说大家在marathon
中吃这个。
所以想问问：common sense咖啡因会让比赛状态兴奋起来，所以很多运动饮料都含咖啡
因，赛前喝些咖啡也更容易进入状态，如果这个原理是成立的，那么吃了pain killer
不就变的兴奋不起来了吗？我的意思就是肌肉身体意识都进入非常放松的状态，至少我
吃了是这个状态，所以很容易睡觉，请问该怎么在比赛中balance out这俩方面呢？
今天一天都在反复想到底什么时候开始吃，开始的时候吃，还是开跑一小时以后吃，吃
了要30分钟左右才见效，然后一个小时之后就wear out，谁个指点下到底什么时候吃呢
