Kushner这种大财团商贷要好拿的多。 这种上了杠杆以后的资产膨胀的book value看
上去比较虚华。 他个人可控的资产确实不太多， 老美巨富为了钻loop holes也不会
在个人名下整太多net worth.
关键还是资本控制力。 kushner有能调动大概30B左右经济power的实力， 这在美国
算是很牛的了。
