芝加哥唯三好高中（不考试入学的），lincolnshire, wilmette, hinsdale. 查过去n
年全国排名都是这个。 现在鲍叔说hinsdale的快班被告了，停了，而且在西面，你就
别想了。wilmette说有public housing的提案，离你也远。就一个lincolnshire离你近
，不过您的预算，比较紧张。
lakeforest, deerfield，northbrook,glenview学区也不错，然后是highland park,
libertyville等等。
房价，lakeforest最高，但税低，lincolnshire次之，然后才是northbrook,glenview,
deerfield,buffalo grove，highland park. 这些区老房$300K+就可以了。
同样的区，比如hignland park,只有在湖边那遛房子贵，离湖越远越便宜，最外边30w+
到头了，不能一概而论。沿湖的区大多数都是这样，除了小区，像northfield这样的，
光地就2米，当然这不是你的预算关心的了。

旅游的第一和第二天，全部在机场或飞机上了。谁叫我想做商务舱有不想花太多的钱，
只能转来转去。ORD的UNITED CLUB 是我见到的最差的，什么都没有，一件小黑屋。反
正至少有网路，4个小时不好打发啊。再次踏上CHICAGO 的土地，上次是离开这里，
全家搬到DALLAS。这里我住了8 年，我在这里结婚，拥有第一个房子。两个孩子都在这
里出生，大的在HINSDALE HOSPITAL,小的在LAKEFOREST HOSPITAL出生。我心里对这个
地方充满了感激，我最灿烂的8年在这座寒冷的风城度过。冬天一家人缩在一间房里打

We tried to buy a family car, a small SUV or crossover. We have done
some research and tried to select one from CRV, RAV4, OUTBACK or X60.
Finally we decided to chose OUTBACK because of its AWD and safety
features, and a reasonable price we can accept.

我说palatine是劳模聚集区是相对周边相邻的cities而言. 我们北/西北部本来劳模的
总比例就不高,假设10%吧,那么palatine的18%就是高了,相对来说. 绝对来说,18%<50%,
当然不是大多数. 但是,我们只生活在local,TEXAS的劳模比例再高也不关我们鸟事.
不在local比, 说绝对数,或比最差数都是没意义的.
我在上一个贴子里也说了,palatine的地理位置和自身定位,就驻定了它是周边工作的劳
模的聚集区的命运. 它离西北schaumburg hoffman,北面lakeforest,longgrove等等都
在10mile以内. 出租屋有多又便宜,且整个CITY建的非SF比例又大大多于周边CITY.

拉少说这条道比前几次的要容易得多，放在周日也不会影响大家周一上班上学。住 SF
valley 的各位这次要近的多，对阿市蒙市的人来说也不算太远。
trail 来回一共 7mi，时间约 4小时。
这次定于 10:30 在 trailhead 集合，11:00 准时出发，过时不候。开车路线
localhikes 上写的很清楚，大家对照一下地图就行。最后一条小土路 Trail Canyon
Road 的路牌不是很明显，开到那里时要多注意。
各位根据自己的需要带水、防晒霜和简单的午餐。这条道不如最近走过的那几条有那么
多的树荫，所以要稍微多带一点水。
有兴趣在周日去这个阳光之地（Sunland）的人请跟贴或发我站内信箱。
