发帖数: 1829 | 14 不能说是陷阱，人家还是比较正规的出版社。出版是免费的，但是他们的定价很高，赚的是以后买书的钱。
不仅仅是论文，很多报告，论文集都可以。国内现在大部分所谓的学术出版社不也就是这样，他们的审稿，也就是看看错别字，而且还收费。
不过最好不要给他们账号。 |

我父亲今年66周岁，因为下肢乏力去医院检查，发现肺部有3×4cm的阴影，然后做CT,
加强CT,MRI，骨扫描，检查发现没有别的扩散转移，做支气管镜因为组织量少，结果是
说符合小细胞
肺癌但是组织太少建议肺穿刺，第一次肺穿刺结果没发现癌细胞。
我大概把他的病情发展说一下：
2013年2月例行体检的时候发现肺部阴影，他害怕家人担心就隐瞒了，把结果当时就扔
了，他也不记得肿瘤的位置和大小了。病人有三四十年的吸烟史，从那之后烟量减少不
少，但是还是抽烟喝酒；
2014年11月开始感觉腿乏力；
2015年2月开始感觉腿乏力的症状有加剧的迹象，然后维持这个症状一直到现在，没好
转也没太恶化：脚踩下去，像踩到棉花； 眼皮偶尔瞪不上去，上肢开始略感无力，易
疲劳，嗜睡，下蹲困难，基本符合Lambert—Eaton肌无力综合症特征； 除此症状与常... 阅读全帖 |

既然13年的结果找不到了，那你又怎么知道是长了两年多才长这么大。例行体检估计做
的只是X光，阴影可能是别的东西。
Lambert-Eaton一般先于肿瘤出现，所以即使半年前做CT的话未必会有现在这么大。你
认为现在这个阴影有两年多的历史，好象没有充足依据。 |

至于分子生物学，这个是必修的，只是我学的不好，对于版上很多牛人来说，
我完全是外行。
乙肝传染病流行病学的研究也在不断的修正中，科学也在不断发展。
只是人们对于它认识越清楚，误解也会越来越少。
疫苗的发明更是人类的福音。
肝炎涉及的知识太多了，发展也非常快。我知道的太少太少了。
