主意：
我因为这几年刷牙出血，牙龈明显萎缩，牙齿缝隙渐大，就去看牙周病专科医生。 他
说我有moderate to sever gum disease (stage 4, totally 5 stages)， 建议我作
laser therapy , full months, total cost $4100. 我的保险一分钱也不cover.
除了牙周病，我还有3个wisdom teeth， 2个完全长出来，1个还没有出来。 出来的2个
除了在最里面不太容易清洗，倒是没有什么感觉。没有长出来的那个就更没有感觉了。
但是我想把他们都拔了，因为我觉得他们有可能导致了我的牙周病。
另外，我还有一个严重的问题，就是有2个相邻板牙，15年前就拔掉装了crown and
bridge,现在这个地方有严重的bone loss and infection.牙周病专科医生建议我先
laser surgery, 然后再重点治这个地方，either implant or bridge,费用多少我就不
知道了。

今天晚上发现我们这里 Walmart laser minnow clearance $1.00-$1.50
不过发现晚了，剩下的颜色都不是我喜欢的，但是还是买了4个，其中
有2个是deep diver的$1.00，上次就用这种饵在Weber River挂上一条
brown trout，还在Provo钓上来一条,都是瘦骨嶙峋，惨不忍睹。不过
这个饵最后还是挂底损失了。明天再去Provo碰运气，如果有收获就上
来交报告。 |

black top over silver的或者yellow tiger的（黄绿），大小根据你的目标鱼定。
这个比laser minnow好用很多的，个人觉得比Rapala也好使。那个laser minnow受欢迎
主要是价格便宜，那时候walmart才1、2块钱一个，扔丢了也不心疼。 |

这个LASER TRAINER是用于9MM-.45口径的PISTOL的，由于LASER的击发原理是震动，我
就琢磨着能不能用在AR上呢？经过反复试验终于成功并且简单地使之在AR上安家落户。
象PISTOL一样直接插入到枪管里是不可能，AR的枪管太细了。但是可以插在MUZZLE
BRAKE里，唯一不同之处是把那个用于与枪管固定的小圆锥体调个头，用起来那叫一个
合适那叫一个爽！
新问题是：
1. 我的1911和AR都是不能连续扣TRIGGER的，着实影响了HIGH的程度。不知有没有什么
解决方案。
2. 正在寻找把这个TRAINER插入到SHOTGUN的解决方案。其实也就是找一个东东可以把
TRAINER居中放置，然后稳固地插入到12G的枪管里，不宜滑脱即可。

。今天再用带Laser Grip的1911，突然发现真好用呵。Quarter大小的Sticker，7 Yard
的距离上一个弹夹7发，基本可以保证把Sticker给打没了。
现在的值班枪是P226，9MM中打的最准最顺手的。正纠结是换1911值班呢，还是给P226
加上Laser Grip。
新一轮折腾又要开始了。。。 |

第一个是什么都不开的背景，后面是单开laser。我的位置离门口大约10米。
感觉Viridian的绿激光亮度还不错，不开手电也能照出大概轮廓了，红激光基本就是一
个点，没这么大漫反射。但他的手电亮度一般，没有我streamlight的亮，好在有个频
闪功能，打开比较晃眼。
最后一个是92上的夜瞄。 |
