在careerbuilder上头的简历。某天周末突然接到电话，go through 简历上的 project
经验，最后问GPA，coursework，毕业时间，情况基本合适，直接定下on-site，机票
，旅店，租车，餐费 公司全出
面试从早上九点到下午一点，五个技术人员每人谈40分钟（不间断），最后是HR mm介
绍一下公司福利和paperwork.
tip: 事前说好没有作presentation的时间，但还是准备了40多业的slides，把以前做
过的project和可能有用的东西都塞了进去。必要时展示给他们看。感觉比较有用的东
西是做成型的电路板的照片，配上信号流程图和简要说明，很有说服力，也提供了深入
交谈的基础。
第一个面试基本上是go through resume，刚好interviewer是一线做VoIP的，聊了一些
相关话题，我试图给他留下的印象是，60% FPGA，30% board level design, 10% C/C+

情况是Java的J2SE有些基础，编过些简单的程序，还没有接触J2EE的东西；C++只有些
语言基础，还没有实际做过开发。。
本来打算是走Java方向，下学期学J2EE呢，可是同学在找java方面的工作，说java
entry level的职位很少，J2SE的就更少了，而且没有实际经验J2EE那套东西很难掌握
的。而C++可能entry level相对多一些，也比java要难学很多，而且自己基础又不好。
不过如果对于fresh graduate来说如果java真的很难找到工作的话，那咬咬牙也要学C+
+呀

我回信问，hr说是I。
但是我之前问过组里刚去的人和其他朋友，一样的fresh phd，他们说phd应该是II，
offer写的也是II，并且有另外一个头衔（类似avp的）。
我就给hr说我知道的情况，问我这个不一样的原因。
结果hr回说大家进来都是I，说不知道我从哪得到的消息。说II需要2年工作经验云云。
可明摆着人家就是II。。。感觉hr没说实话，级别不一样就直说，为啥糊弄我呢？
我应不应该继续ask for同样的level？有经验的童鞋来说说。。。 |

男性（因为有的要求能举50lbs设备）。看到目前做coding的工作职位比较多（比如asp
.net,c#），想转到这方面去。
因为没有asp.net和C#的工作经验，以前编程经验也仅限于上学时小打小闹做的project
，用一些不如流的语言。目前自己学习asp.net和C#,就想找entry level的asp.net和c#
的工作。但是遇到电话面试，人家一问以前做过asp/c#的工作没有，如实回答，结果就
是连面试机会也没有。而且自己学习看书进度很慢，很希望有一个entry level的工作
在实战的project练手，快速提高水平。可是没有工作机会练手提高很慢，光靠自己看
书做练习的水平又很难找到工作。

Level 3 相信大家想问的就是应该编译会出现错误，因为 (*p)->next 不就是 NULL 吗
？然后相信很多人会对 &((*p)->next) 理解成 &(NULL)，而感到不解。
我给个简单些的例子，道理其实一样：
int *p = NULL;
那 &p 是什么呢？其实就是那个 p 变量的地址，p 变量储存的值到底是什么是没有关
系的。
同样的道理， p = &((*p)->next) 也就能理解成当前链表下一个节点的地址的地址。
所以 p 指向的东西（也就是下一个节点的地址），能通过 *p 来更改（使得下一个节
点的地址更改而指向一个新建的节点）。

位是Associated Software Engineer，特注明entry-level。现在他家急着要我答复是
否接受offer， 特来请教版上，这个所谓‘副码工’到底是个什么概念，和A家的所谓
SDE I是不是一个性质？
另外多问一句，这是一家金融公司的IT部门职位，今后会不会因为level不高，而申请
h1b遇到麻烦呢？
