日得到上次SR的回复，说我的案子到了adjudication offer手里，60天内会有实际行动
。但是，现在60天已过，还是毫无进展，我刚想再做一次SR，但律师刚刚给我发信说，
她看到60天没动静已经又给我做了一个follow up inquiry，并解释说那不是SR，说“
NCSC follow up is the next level in the inquiry process. ”，21天内会得到一
个回复，建议在那之前不要再做SR，否则或许会有副作用反而使案子变慢。
结果律师的NCSC follow up很快（5天）就得到了回复：“Based on your inquiry, we
have reviewed the status of your case and found that it remains under

有的信息，但是很多药的具体信息是在label上没有但医生又很想知道的，这个时候就
要靠medical liaison来联络医生，向他们说明这个药的具体情况;因为medical
liaison在药企里面一般是属于Clinical Research部门，不属于sales，所以相当于合
理的钻了一个法律的空子。回到楼主的问题，medical liaison做的工作其实和sales很

Theoretically, medical liaison is part of the medical group, not reporting
into sales. They are responsible for "scientific" exchanges with doctors/
health professionals.
There is a clear line between scientific exchange (done by medical liaison)
and promotional activities (done by marketing/sales). It is a big no no in
FDA's eye trying to use scientific exchange as a sneaky way for product

发帖数: 138 | 4 2011年2月提交的EB1A 140，到2011年10月还没消息就做了一个SR，结果很快移民官就
给了一个RFE，可是收到的RFE是一个EB2 NIW的模版，移民官根本没看我的材料。2012
年1月提交了RFE的response，本应在3月份给结果，但是没有结果，所以在3月份的时候
做了一个SR，然后在4月份的时候收到第二个RFE，不过这个RFE是针对EB1A的。在2012
年6月提交了针对第二个RFE的response，可是到了8月还没有收到结果。又等了一个月
，在2012年9月的时候做了一个SR去催，回复说30天内给结果，结果30天过了还是没有
结果，所以在2012年10月底又做了一个SR，结果这次说再让等3个月！
实在是忍受不了USCIS的拖拉和不负责任了。我该不该联系几个senator和congressman
去催USCIS呢？这样做会不会piss off移民官呢？实在是不知道该怎么办了，大家给给
建议吧！律师说他也可以联系AILA的Liaison，但是联系senator或者AILA只能任选其一

原来就是affair，很符合这集的内容, 每个人的问题都是sex related
偶觉得这一集还不错，尤其是Ms. McClusky's dark secret

congressional liaison刚开始说30天有结果, 过了30后,他说60天有结果.
我觉得USCIS congressional liaison 说30天,60天 就是胡扯的. 说白了就是免得我们
去push 他们太狠, 找个借口而已. |
