美国妇女撑起职场半边天，已超越男性成为就业市场主力，但最新研究显示，事业有成
的职业妇女若是薪水比丈夫高，夫妻很容易成为怨偶，甚至劳燕分飞走上离婚一途。
美国人对结婚这档事愈来愈提不起劲，根据芝加哥大学教授柏特朗（Marianne
Bertrand）和卡梅尼卡（Emir Kamenica），以及新加坡国立大学教授Jessica Pan等3
名学者的共同研究，25至39岁美国成人的成婚率，从1970年的81%降到2010年的51%，而
这下滑的30个百分点当中，有7个百分点源自于男女收入大逆转。
每4对有1对 老婆赚得多
这3位经济学家的研究指出，美国就业妇女的薪水若是高过伴侣，两人恐怕很难修成正
果步上红毯。就算结了婚，老婆收入多于老公的婚姻也可能不幸福，最后以离婚收场。
妻子所得优于丈夫，过去几十年来有增加趋势，归因于就业歧视法令修改，女性劳动参

继富国银行房贷部8月裁员2300人后，美国银行计划遣散2100名按揭部门员工，关闭16
个按揭中心，主要因为长期利率上升令房贷再融资需求显著减少。
“很显然，新屋按揭的微量增长不足以弥补再融资需求的下滑。”摩根大通首席财务官
Marianne Lake周初演讲时悲观预测，按揭业务的税前利润和收入将在未来两个季度内
出现“轻微亏损”。就在今年上半年，该行来自按揭业务的利润同比上升近40%。
另一边厢，作为全美按揭业务市占率最高的机构，富国银行9月9日预测，今年第三
季的新批出按揭贷款将跌至800亿元，环比急跌近三成，这将终结该机构连续7个季度新
批按揭超过1000亿美元的佳绩，显示按揭业务因利率急转直下。
