Register，上面有很详细的个人信息，包括SSN， 父母姓名, Marriage License and

很明显，哪怕自由如加州，一进行全面公决，Gay Marriage还是要被否掉的，
因为民意还没有开化到欧洲国家那种程度。
那麻省是怎么做的呢？
首先，和加州有庞大的保守人群不同，麻省的人口组成比较单一，而且更加偏Liberal，
麻省议会中共和党的力量很微弱。
即便如此，进步势力仍然对全民公决不放心，
结果他们想出来的对策是，对全面公决本身进行全民公决，
很绕口，是不是？
其实很简单，全民公决的内容就是，要不要对gay marriage合法化进行全民公决。
当然，对此的主流民意就是，麻省高院的判决已经足够，不需要再进行这样的全民公决，
于是，对全面公决本身进行的全民公决就被否决了，而且被连否两次。
因此，可以说，gay marriage在麻省已经根深蒂固了。
