后可以续租,也可以不续).我们7月中旬左右可以搬走.房子是single family home,3室
两卫,还有一个多余的房间是带吧台的房间,租金是$1850/月, deposit是一个房租($
1850)。我在scripps 上班，开车大概10-15分钟。房子周围的邻居和环境都不错， 挺

the reason i want to do alternation is nowadays shirts are expensive, even

解一下SD这边转租的事情。
我们住在Mira Mesa的Gables Summerset Apartments. 房子家具、厨具什么的都很齐全
，而且有很多小孩的东西。如果1月份要转租出去的话，这样容易吗？不太了解这边的
情况。之前在德州，转租很方便，也比较常见，但是不知道这边怎么样。谢谢了。 |
