上周面的Sr. Scientist in Missouri，Biotech大公司。HR今天来电话谈工资，当时没
接着，准备明天打电话。
面试时，HR说给的是lower 60k。我光知道那个州消费啥的都较低，但这个价位还真的
越过我的心理承受能力了。我应该问多少合适些？
原来是等着绿卡，故只好在现在这个公司耗着。现在是不用再担心身份的问题，不知是
不是该这么着把自己卖了，先过去再找其他工作？还是跟现在这个公司再耗一阵子？但
怕的是下一个OFFER不知何时能拿到。 |

而美国则除了这所没有别的学校这么叫的，一般都叫
XXX Institute of Technology
或者
XXX Polytechnic Institute
或者
XXX A&M University
所以我觉得就是可能校长或者校董就是中国人，把中国特色的名字带到美国来了。另外
，我觉得叫University of Missouri at Rolla比现在的名字更好一点，不知到为什么
他们要改名。 |

Half day (only 3 hrs per day) is free, Full day (8:30 -3:30pm) will charge $
3600 for 9 month! Thus it is even more expensive than preschool/daycare!!!
Full day Kindergarten in most of other state are free!
Fuck Missouri, too many hiden charges. Seriuosly consider to move out, may
be IL side is better than MO side. |
