宝宝大便性状变了。喝 tea 前大便很规律，基本黄色。妈妈喝 tea 后，宝宝的大便变
成了黄绿色，并且颗粒很粗糙，不知道这是不是 mother milk tea 的副作用？
宝宝喝的 formula 是 similac 的。

吃的，也说是催奶。还有mother love的more milk plus胶囊里也有fenugreek。可是据
不完全research表明，fenugreek会一直T3的分泌，甲减（hypothyroid）的妈妈最好不
要吃。我吃的是mother love里的more milk，里面没有那个成分。 |

的活动，空气新鲜，在地上玩又安全。
一大圈找下来，阅REVIEW无数之后，找到TUFFO RUG，正面图案部分全棉的，反面防泼
水涤纶的，中间层是薄涤纶棉，包袋是单独的，不像有些牌子的是连着垫子的，我感觉
连着的折叠后不方便收纳。尺寸也比常见的大，我们mother group其他妈妈带来的都没
见过这么大的，这个四个大人坐四边后小孩还能在中间玩不拥挤。
图案有好多个，我选了这个彩色圆点的，感觉比较别致耐看，实物颜色比网站照片上的
更好看。打开以后我女儿一下就被吸引了(目前阶段她比较喜欢这种对比色的东西，这
也是我选这个颜色的原因)，我让她在家里地上玩了一会，然后就把垫子收起来了，结
果她急得乱哭，只能再打开给她玩,马上就不哭了，继续张大眼睛研究这个新东西了，
看来小妞已经认为这是她的了谁也别想拿走了，哈哈 |

sense。前面看似有点不赞同chinese mothers的教育方式，但在钢琴的例子里，她也提
到了通过她的chinese mother试的方式让孩子知道原来能做到原先以为自己做不来的事
情感觉比一下就做到更好；而不是像她老公那样的western parents为了保护孩子的自
尊心轻易让孩子放弃。觉得有点道理。另外她结尾还是强调了其实chinese parents和
western parents有一些互相的misunderstanding，增加彼此了解会更好。呵呵，看完
