(every Sun of ski season)
En, need to pay to get trained ($2XX) and get certified to handle outdoor
emergency (especially for winter sports, mainly how to use various equipment
and how to hanlde the medical thing...).Then I will be ready to patrol in this
coming winter. Benefit including free season pass, maybe some free ticket,

Blueridge parkway 全长四百多迈，北边尽头是shenandoah national park, 南边尽头
就是Great Smoky mountain。当年第一次在美国看红叶就是在Blueridge Parkway,沿途
的景色可以说是Breath taking，以后再开这条路，就再没看到过那么漂亮的景色，也
许是审美疲劳吧。Grandfather moutain也在沿线上，当年就Camp在附近的一个Camp
site上。附近的viliage就像在画里一样。
当年曾决定，以后有机会一定要沿着parkway从一端开到另一端。
另一条要开的路就是CA1，沿着悬崖边的路，悬崖底下就是太平洋。看Shawshank
Redemption最后，Andy开去Mexico就是沿着这条路。天晴没雾的时候在Big Sur，哇赛
的下巴都快掉下来了，那种美是没法用语言形容的。 |

every year. Not really impressed so far.
Used to live in PA, NJ, and NC. Hudson valley, Pocono moutain, and great
smokey moutains are way much better. Still remember the beauty of those
small towns along the hudson river, even after so many years.
Just personal point of view, would accept any critism with silence. |

牌匾的那个。地点是4255 spring moutain rd
如果是吃辣的，推荐川味坊，在5700 W.Spring Mountain Rd.就是吃饭的地方小了点。
里面那个妞长的虽然普通，但是很sweet。
如果要省钱（石牛当然不会，但是考虑到石牛的老爹老妈可能会），可以从川味坊在往
西走50米也许，到第一个红绿灯右转马上路左边有个168超市，里面有烧好的菜和饭，
像食堂的那种，很便宜。 |

室或三室一厅，2000快都不是很好找。前两天在Mtn View,帮朋友看了一个一点不见阳
光的一居室，还是旧房子，竟然都要近1700，还一大堆附加条件。 |

用饮料非常少，long run会带一瓶cytomax做补充。long run之前稍微吃一点点易消化的
碳水，一个小时以后跑。
moutain dew是从Jenn Shelton那里来的典故，她比赛中间都是moutain dew加pizza。 |

is much better than them, more black trails and more moguls...
belleayre is one exit closer to NYC than hunter but it is a really poorly
designed ski resort: I do not understand why they make such a "flat-head"
moutain into a ski resort... the only good thing about belleayre was that they
have a blue mogul trail so if you are mogul beginner, you may want to try
it...
IMHO, hunter is the best choice among all of them, i |

苹果昨天晚上发布了OS X Moutain Lion的正式版本（详情），正好碰上下载高峰

户也同样不好过，因为Up-to-Date升级计划在昨晚上出现了大规格的“坑人”事件——
原本在6月11日之后购买Mac即可免费升级的用户，竟然发现自己的兑换码“已经被使用
过”。
不过，苹果已经在第一时间给予了回应，表示将会尽快向那些被坑的用户补发兑换
码（详情）。对于那些已经完成OS X Moutain Lion下载安装的用户来说，这里有一条
好消息送给你们：iOS黑客团队iPhone Dev Team已经通过博客表示，RedSn0w兼容于苹
果的新系统，同时肌肉男也通过Twitter证实了这一消息。

call总部，就fail 了 他的师兄特倒霉， 给掉到white water了，腿恰在石头间，差点
就挂了。
这样的应变能力和存活能力， 没人能比。

（要知道，干净的空气中也必须要有一定含量的各种微粒的，这些微粒对降水的形成非

这才是呼吸道疾病的真凶！
