for those who do, we often judge you by the color you paint your fingers
with, consciously or unconsciously.
Simple first rule -- stick with different shades of red, from deep bloody
red to darker burgundy red, but not on the pink side. For some reason, the

大宝早上自己用彩笔涂指甲, 被爸爸和外婆训哭了, 然后哭了又吐了.
大宝一直嚷着要买nail polish and lip gloss,说她的几个好朋友都有, 老师也有. 我
不反对一个7岁8岁的小女孩涂指甲油, 可我无法想象一个三岁半的小孩涂这个东西. 于
是我拒绝了, 告诉她, 指甲油容易吃到肚子里会生病, 她大了才能买, 别人有的东西不
一定你要有.至于lip gloss, 我用flavored chapstick把她打发了.
大宝没多久就找到自己的法子, 就是用Pink彩笔涂自己的手指甲和脚指甲. 因为我买的
都是washable的彩笔, 我就让她这样做了, 因为我想多洗手就能把涂彩洗掉, 总比nail
polish好. 孩子她爸很不高兴, 逮到一次骂一次.

不符合实际施工请多多原谅:-)
1.machine bolt & carriage bolt
2.wood screw & large screw
3.nail
machine bolt & carriage bolt都是带washer，是靠wash和bolt thread互相的摩擦或本
身钉杆的强度受力，用来连接可以两边reach的部件(要不没法拧罗帽了:-) 要先在部见上
打空
screw没有washer，靠screw thread和部件的磨擦受力，钉时要先打孔，孔比screw本身要
小一点,好能保证拧进去很紧，一般drywal都是这个
nail没有thread，摩擦要比screw小很多，常见用来钉木地板，家居之类，不用打孔直接
钉
bolt/screw/nail钉的结实不结实和其本身强度有关，更和被钉的部件受力强度有关，dry
wall就是本身太酥经不住劲,bolt &screw有时在连接wood时会加垫片也是这个道理，钢水
泥砖头没事儿...
另外screw & nail都要保 |

钉子，这样看不到螺丝。结果昨天墙上的柜子都组装好了准备往墙上挂的时候突然想起
来有个柜子上方墙上有一个管道，柜子需要改造一下才行，刚好是用nail gun钉的那个
，其他的柜子都用的螺丝很容易拆，就那个不好拆了。。。不知道nail gun的钉子好拆
么？会不会把柜子弄坏了？如果是那就不拆了再想别的办法。最近忙得脑子不够用了。

所以是在水泥上弄
两家都说要防水层，plywood,纸，然后solid hardwood
所以plywood直接nail到水泥里面; solid hardwood然后nail到plywood里面
然后一家说全nail down;另一家说靠墙的地方 solid hardwood必须用glue了
你具体说说， 是怎么的地板？
底下水泥？ 木地？ 上plywood? .... |

nail down的话下面上plywood还是打龙骨？
装3/4“厚的还是5/16”厚的？怕nail down，地板和地砖之间高度差太高，是不是就得
上5/16“的？
打了个电话给卖木板的店，说现在实木地板90%以上都glue down，有点怀疑glue down
的比例有这么高？！lowes网站上说3/4”厚的不能粘在水泥地上啊，只能nail down，
只有薄一点的才能粘。
有点困惑，装过的给解答一下，万分感谢。 |

prepare subfloor，可以直接上。当然nail是最好的，只不过自己装稍微麻烦一点，最
好装的是floating的，就像玩一样，非常简单，也不累。 |

and nailing to stud behind the wall.
You will spend more time on filling crese between the baseboard and the wall.
1.5 inch is probably the minimal length. I recommend 2 inch
18 gauge could be ok, I recommend 16 for big baseboard |

上星期找人扫屋顶，告诉我们，屋顶上有几个POP－UP NAILS。 屋顶是很高的，自己好
象不能干什么。我想应该找ROOFER吧。可怎么讲呢。是说屋顶需要检查，还是直接讲有
POP－UP NAILS。还有多少钱大概。

发帖数: 4074 | 45 实木安装最好用floor nailer，当然，靠墙的几排还是需要brad nailer的。
floor nailer可以用nail或者staple。两者都可以。不过，很多人抱怨低端一点的
floor nailer打staple不是太好。
如果不用floor nailer，用stapler打staple进去。首先靠墙的几排还是face down
nail。然后，一个一个的去订staple。这里有个很大的问题，木板排与排之间不容易压
紧。
个人觉得，floor nailer不能省。有了floor nailer，订钉子还是订staple可以根据情
况再决定。 |
