发帖数: 9400 | 4 到目前为止，不管是白桃，还是蟠桃/黄桃，我觉得最好吃的是白油桃。它跟白桃和蟠
桃的味道一样，却省去了削皮之麻烦，而且它的皮也很有噘头。
油桃又分白油桃和黄油桃，但都叫Nectarine。 黄油桃很难吃，大家买时别弄错了。据
我所知，白油桃的价格一般在40刀一盆，比其他的桃类都贵点。 LOWES偶尔有卖。
为方便大家认出白油桃的模样，我上几张片片，供大家按图索骥。

回，说可能含有listeria！一查发现这不就是那种deli meat里面可能会混进去的一种
细菌么？这可咋整。。。
虽然网上查到说这批桃子并没有报道感染人的例子，但是为了保险他们还是发了召回通
知，忐忑ing，对了是wawona packing company的桃子，编号是

看看老根很强壮，包装又很好，立刻选了两箱搬上车。
这句话说得倒是很快，其实当时选的时候真的是很难做抉择——选择太多了，被那些美
丽的图片搞得眼花缭乱，心也很乱，拿起这个放不下那个..........
总之，最后挑了这两箱。
左边一箱是两棵爬藤玫瑰，一棵粉红，一棵金黄。
右边一箱是两棵玫瑰花丛，一雪白，一深红
领导挖坑，把它们种下去。坑底垫一点肥土就可以了。
之后在home depot看到了果树，19.99刀一棵，有桃有李有杏有油桃，也是很艰难地选
，最终决定买油桃（Nectarine）。
品种是Armking。
查了一下网上对于这个品种的描述：
Armking: large nectarine with olive-green skin and reddish cast; flesh is
yellow with sweet aroma, semi-freestone; from California. Early harvest.
种下去之后就开始了期盼，今年肯定是可以看到美丽的玫瑰花，但是能不能吃到油桃呢

上网查种植法 说是peach, plum, nectarine 病虫害很多 要常洒药 且每株树要间隔至
少20 feet
想知道这几种树是不是很花时间维护又易虫害? 种了要几年才会长果子？
还有假设后院只有70 feet宽 每株间隔20 feet 那不就一排最多只能种3株 且不能靠
墙种？3株间可以穿插种其他植物 例如橙橘等吗？

论是能少吃尽量少吃，实在嘴馋就去买“有机产品”。最近又看到一篇文章提到“十种

发帖数: 70028 | 23 美国消费者保护团体EWG(Environmental Working Group)最近公布2015“最脏的14种蔬果”，依据蔬果所遗留的农药残留量多寡排序，并建议民众在选购时，最好买有机农产品以保健康。
这份清单是调查一般家庭常买的48种蔬果农药残留量，其中辣椒和羽衣甘蓝是今年新上榜的最脏蔬果，另外12种农产品和往年相同。根据美国农业部所做的农药残留检测，发现这些蔬果中残留高含量的剧毒农药，其中以有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类的杀虫剂最多。这些类型的农药会破坏人类的神经系统。

尽管检测出的蔬果农药残留量仍符合北美标准，但若经常食用，最好选择有机农产品，以避免过多的农药不能排出身体，对人的免疫系统造成伤害。
加拿大有机农业中心主任汉默斯特(Andrew Hammermeister)指出，不只是农药问题，能安心食用的有机农产品，还能避开转基因生物，生长激素、抗生素、防腐剂、食用色素、香精等各种化学物质。同时，因为种植过程采用较自然的生产方式，不洒农药，以天敌对抗的方式减少虫害，对自然生态的生物平衡性高。
