。国内的职场远远没有到达给在国外读过几年书的随便开出超过20万工资的水准。不要
用“我朋友”怎样怎样，您自个儿去递个简历找个面试然后再来说“我”怎样怎样。
我刚刚参与了上海张江一家市级药物研发机构（公司编制）的招募工作。（不是您有兴
趣的跨国制药公司啦。。）。就普通技术人员来讲（非博士技术员），工资7万 包干。
最终从大约15个面试的人员中给出两个offer. 一个是在英国某研究型大学的本科和硕
士，一个是上海top1本科美国top20学校的博士生（未毕业）。研究组的组长（博士）
有超过60个够资格的人申请一个位子，年薪只有不入本版法眼的区区25万。
希望这样的信息给真正有意回国的人有所帮助。

我们这次参加了NewComer级别的latin，包括ChaCha，Rumba和Jive。原先最有把握进决赛
的ChaCha最先翻船；Rumba原来时不时的会踩错点，这回倒是一“点”没错，进了决赛；
Jive，比赛前两个礼拜才明白基本步的动作要领，进了1/4决赛，也还算满意。没有跳
Samba，是因为这次比赛的NewComer级别没有设Samba。其实现在想来，当时蛮可以报
Bronze的samba，倒不是期望有个多好的名次，而是可以试试Bronze级别的深浅。
几点经验，给将来的新手们参考。
1。多多报名。把所有能跳的舞都报上，增加经验值。有条件和体力的话，最好同一个舞
报上两个或者更多的级别。一般正式的比赛，一个舞通常只能报一个级别。但是，这仅仅
局限于同一对搭档。换言之，你可以和不同的partner跳不同的级别。多报名的好处是显
而易见的，一下子就可以加倍上场的机会，给自己多些锻炼的机会。至于比赛的级别，从
低到高分为七档，NewComer，Bronze，Silver，Gold，Novice，PreChampion，Champion
。参加前四个级别只能跳U |

2012年7月底拿到SSN，8月初申BOA 123和discover more果断被拒
急性子，8月中旬申BoA secured credit card，通过，39年费那种。押金500，CL 500.
后来觉得这张卡对我的以后申卡帮助明显
9月底申请discover more和citi dividend，在被要求信件邮寄学生ID和tuition bill
后纷纷通过，其中discover CL 500，citi CL 2000.
61天后，在11月底，申请c1的newcomer，通过， CL 500。BOA 123，被拒。blue cash
everyday，被拒。
1月份开始注册使用蓝鸟，虽说没啥用。
这个月（4月）同一天申请Amex SPG，系统秒过，非常开心，CL 5000！。申请BoA 123
，第二天查状态通过，CL 2000！。申请chase freedom，没有秒过，给客服打个电话，
仅仅核实了一下DOB和SSN，通过，CL 5000！
该歇歇了，一年之内没什么需求，应该不会再申卡了吧，现在TU上有6个hard pull

用100%的能力来做80%的事情。
之所以好看，是因为自然，之所以不好看，是因为不自然。来试试看，有没有办法把两手
和两脚放到身体的同一侧？有的，条件就是要撅其他的部位。所以不自然，不好看。
一个newcomer, 可以把chacha, rumba的动作做的很简单，不要chasse,不要rock, 只管跟
着音乐开步走，就很看。Chachacha，我就老老实实的123迈3步，其实蛮好看的。To him/
her, 这个简单吧，人人都能跑，何况是走！这里走是自然的，非要个newcomer去做老师才
能做的chasse，那就会很难看。
来比较一下latin和standard, 为什么latin里边人的站姿多的是基本直立，或者面对的时
候要略向前倾？因为latin里边两人相对位置比较远些，如果后仰，那就没法跳舞了。而前
倾的时候，比如前后chasse，这个时候有两人的手臂在略腰的位置做connection,同时pus
h，那么如果身体都是后仰，如果还有push，那就只有摔跤了。Standard里边两人为什么都
要后仰，除了因为身体位置很近，所以胸及以上需要 |

2dance的项目。
理论上讲，pre-novice都比gold要求的水平要高，因为是open dance，也是multi
dance。但实际上呢倒是不见得。在业余组里，很多人都是想跳啥就跳啥。
进步的真正顺序是：
newcomer-bronze-silver-gold-prenovice-novice-prechamp-champion-becoming a
professional.
你也可以直接从newcomer当professional也没人会不让。呵呵。
一般来讲是往上跳可以，往下跳不可以，当然，其实也没人监督这玩意儿。 |

It might be a little bit hard for newcomers, since we sometimes
use some emotes which might seem strange for those don't go to
chatroom, and we have nicknames for everybody. but once the
newcomers know everybody, and once they have nicknames of their
own, it becomes like home.
I also think that language is for communication, we shouldn't
write too much chinglish-like language to mislead (words like
jam purple should be banned :P). Other than that, I think |
