我认真阅读了老大的长贴，也感谢其他牛人的建议。总的来说就是把所有的硬证据都再
强调了一遍。
没有什么新材料，只多要了一封推荐信。
我准备好了以后一点底气都没有，感觉和petition letter没啥大区别，不过也只能碰
运气了。
看到板上那么多人都从0106手里拿到NOID,我感觉凶多吉少，打算放弃了。已经开始着
手重新准备材料，从头再来。没想到峰回路转。我这么弱的case都能批，在0106手下的
各位兄台就更不用担心了。

加PP，后来知道了吧，又觉得等也等了这么久了，60天总会有答复的。现在得知Gallen
过了60天也没有消息，觉得可能还是得PP了。
催，好像没什么用。
大家觉得应该怎么办呀？ |

突出了自己的长处，再比如审稿，不同journals，都是排名前的，甚至业内综合第一的
（都有ISI， scopus 数据支持），一个editor给我发的信说我是这个杂志top20%的审
稿人 （这个居然是当时2006年他们自己给我发的，我那时连绿卡想都没想呢），我连
续给几个杂志审，等等。但是NOID里居然连我到底审过稿子都不知道。我还能怎么说呢。
我回复的时候难道在把以上内容“简练又强悍”的重复一遍？当然，前几天，我又要到
了两个editor的支持信，说我被选上，是因为我的extraordinary ability 在某某领域。
另外我的材料也不厚。可是别人就是不看，我怎么办呢？ |

burden, pressure, and feeling. I was advised to talk with lawyer, and I did
contact several lawyers for free evaluation, finally picked one. Just
recently got approved email notice. And I indeed feel they help me a lot to
prepare the reply, as least you feel someone with lots of experience is
supporting you. If money can solve the problem, just go ahead.
First thing to do is calming down. Good luck!

1. Strong case with PP:
1). Petition letter is very well done, documents of evidences are also
organized very well, then the petition will be appproved directly and very
soon.
2). Petition letter is not well done, documents of evidences are not
orgnized very well, then the petition will be highly possible given RFE or
NOID, rarely rejected but with slim chance to be rejected if the petitioner
gets a bad luck.

2) authorship 文章太少，才１０篇journal, １８篇会议。
３）更倒霉的是，我有个推荐人的背景太牛了，竟然被拿来跟我比较，所以我的成就太
平凡了，不够资
格。
请大家给点建议怎么应付啊。特别是有同样收到００９８ＲＦＥ的同仁们。 |
